Albert and his employees are punctual, very professional and really know their job. Puroclean is also a very advantageous supporter of the military and gives 50% off on your deductible for veterans and first a very adverb supporter of the military and gives 50% off on your deductible for veterans. They are very responsive and pretty much bend over backwards to work with you. I cannot say enough good things about Puroclean. And I know this is going to sound weird but when Albert gives you his word, he means it. when my insurance company said they weren't going to pay a certain treatment that he had already given, he didn't make me pay for it because he had told me at the very beginning that I wasn't going to have to pay anything out of pocket other than my deductible.

Beyond great. Dutch, the owner, is extremely professional. His high standards are reflected by the men who work for and with him. The PuroClean crews reflect great credit to Dutch in particular and to PuroClean in general. They could hypothetically match Special Forces teams or Marine squads in work ethic, persistence, and toughness.

We hired puroclean to do mold removal and water damage repair in our home. Albert and his team were very professional and made sure our house was properly repaired in a timely manner without compromising the quality of the repair Would recommend puroclean to anyone who could use their services

Really well! Albert and his crew were prompt and courteous . They were able to assess the damage in our crawl space quickly and remove the mold. All of his services were much lower than our insurance deductible and they cleaned up do well it was like they were never here

We had a great experience with Albert and his staff and PuroClean. Our family home caught on fire and Albert and his staff were able to assist us in not only cleaning our things so we could salvage our smoke covered furniture, but they also drove an hour to pick it up for us. We did not have any insurance and expected to pay a large amount for this necessary cleaning, however, Albert was great and worked with us so that we did not have yet another astronomical expense to cover. We are very grateful for their help and service and would recommend them to people in the future!

Unfortunately this is the second time in a year that we have to deal with water damage caused by a faulty appliance. The first time it was caused by a faulty, brand new washing machine purchased from Lowes. Whole other story there. Not good. Anyway, we had relied on our insurance carrier to recommend a restoration company the first time and she recommended a large firm located in Cary. Bigger isn't better as we learned. But learn we did. The first job was a mess. Everything went wrong and most of it was broken promises and commitments from this vendor in Cary. Would rate them F- if I could. But that's where Albert and Puroclean come in. We learned from our mistake and chose Albert. And we couldn't be happier. Everything that his larger competitor stunk at, Albert and his team excelled. He was there within a couple of hours of calling him. He and his team had the damaged material down and fans and de humidifiers up and running that same night. He called or stopped in several times over the next few days to check on the dry out process and kept us informed at every step. While he didn't have to, Albert worked with the plumber who was fixing the root cause. When it was time to start repairs, his team was there on time, as promised and when they were done for the day there was no sign of construction mess. Anyone who has ever worked with drywall knows what I mean. I would be remiss not to mention that Albert and his team did all of this outstanding work while on a very tight timeline. We were in the process of moving and even with the chaos of boxes and movers all around them , they still did exceptional work. I cannot give Albert high enough praise. If I could give him A+s I would gladly do so. I work for a large automotive service company and I know how hard it is to find people and companies that truly know what old fashioned, customer service and pride in workmanship is. To say that our expectations were met is a huge understatement. He went above and beyond all expectations we had. My only disappointment is that we are moving out of state and won't have Albert to call next time disaster strikes. This guy is the real deal. Mike
