Very professional, prompt, courteous, and timely service. I would recommend Frank to anyone seeking carpet installation. The installation was great and went fast. Frank gave us a discount for clearing out the bedroom which he didn't have to because we had not talked about it. That was nice of him.

Joy and Frank, the owners of the company, were a pleasure to work with. Joy helped us pick out some potential carpets, and ordered samples for us to take to our new home. When it came time to schedule the installation, they were very flexible and worked around our timeline. The installation went without a hitch and the carpet looks great! I would recommend this company without hesitation, and will definitely use them again when it comes time to replace the carpet!

I chose Carpets Plus because they are a local business and the installation is done by the owner Frank and NOT contractors. We chose a high quality carpeting at $3.75 a square foot. Frank and his helper showed up promptly when he said they would. They were professional, neat and inconvenienced me as little as possible. No paint was chipped in the installation process. They disposed of the old carpeting and were done in two days. I am extremely pleased with the job and love my new carpeting. I would definitely hire Carpets Plus again.

Carpets plus was willing to come out on a saturday to take measurements and bring samples, they were quick and friendly and there was absolutely no pressure to commit to anything. Ended up going to their showroom where they had a large variety of carpets (again no pressure). I chose a carpet and color and was scheduled for installation the very next week. The installation crew arrived promptly, installed the carpet, removed the old carpet and cleaned up after themselves. Called me twice afterwards to make sure everything went well and i was happy with the job. Felt really comfortable and relaxed through the entire process. They were helpful and responsive, but never pushy every time I called in or visited the showroom with question. Was especially pleased that they were willing to come out to take measurements on a weekend and come out early and on time for the installation so i didn't have to take time off work.

I've been wanting to replace my kitchen and bathrooms floors, and started to look around different flooring stores in my area, and using the internet came up with three different companies. One of this companies was Carpet Plus, Frank and Joy, are the owners, and Frank also does some of the installation work. It's a family owned company, they are very helpful and very friendly, and also very knowledgeable of the different types of flooring we could use. They let us take as many samples as we wanted to take home and see which ones look best. After several days of deliberation, we finally picked out the floor we liked, for the kitchen we decide to use a groutable luxury vinyl, and for the bathrooms we decided on sheet vinyl. Joy provided us with an estimate, and we set up a date for them to do the installation. The installation process was a breeze, Frank and his son installed our new floors, they showed up on time and wasted no time at all. We were amazed at how fast Frank and his son worked. The install went very smooth and the workmanship was great. Our floors look great. We also appreciated the attention to detail and care when moving our appliances around in the kitchen and the extra care to protect our newly installed floors. The installation took two days, even after we added some more work,... since we had some leftover sheet vinyl from one of our bathrooms, we ask them if they would be willing to use that remnant for our Laundry room/closet, and they did it with no problems, of course we took care of removing the washer and dryer the night before, so it would be easier for them to do the extra work. When everything was done they cleaned up behind themselves and we were very satisfied.

Sales staff were responsive, professional, and brought a decent selection out to our house. We found a variety we liked and they gave us a very competitive quote, so we decided to go with them. We got our installation scheduled promptly. The crew arrived on schedule and did a professional job installing things - cuts, seams, etc. were well done and everything looked fine. They finished the whole job in two days. They probably should have taken three, as they did not clean up very well, and there were literally piles of carpet fibers all over the place, including our garage where they cut the carpet. Also some of the furniture was not returned to the correct spot. And in a couple of places, the furniture had been banged into walls or door frames. So I'm giving great marks for everything involving the carpet and installation, but not so much for the furniture moving and clean up.

Fantastic! Family owned business and they all work together well. Frank, the owner, spent time helping me find products that fit my budget and even though they were inexpensive, all the flooring looks great. He came out to my house at a convenient time for me to do the measuring. Shop located at a convenient spot to look at samples (on University Dr, by Nana's). His son and grandson completely met my needs on scheduling a time convenient for us. They were prompt, throrough, professional and neat. I couldn't believe they put down all the flooring in 1 day. Couldn't be happier with the product and service. Much better than dealing with a big box for excellent service and attention.

They are good. It's a family run business. They are pretty flexible in terms of timing, but once we got committed and when they came out to do the work it took a day. They were good. We shopped out a little bit for vct tile, but there may be cheaper people. Their quote was towards the bottom in terms of lowest cost, but we didn't check out. We talked to about 2 or 3 people and those people didn't want to do vct any way. It's more time consuming and labor-intensive for contractors. There might be cheaper people whom I don't know, but these guys were pretty reasonable and their service was good. I would have to do more research before commenting on their price. There weren't a lot of flooring people that we found out from. Their quality is good because I don't know a ton about vct, but it looks good.

They did a fantastic job. The owners are very pleasant people. They are very easy to work with and stand behind their product.

They are so wonderful that they have had my key on and off for several years. They are great, completely trustworthy, it's not contracted out to a third person for installation and they are very prompt about returning your calls. They are great, I love them. Their customer service, caring and concern stands out to me. Also, their complete trustworthiness and their prices are really good. They are not the cheapest, but they are the only ones I would use.

I never bought anything from them, but they were very helpful. They couldn't do the job, because I was in a rush. However, they actually referred me to somebody who could. They helped me out of a pinch. As a consumer, that's a huge deal. To think that they would send me to their competition was pretty impressive to me.

I was in a rush to get a carpet installation job completed, over a weekend, for my townhouse. I called Carpet Plus on a Friday to see if they could do it that Saturday. They were booked solid, but generously referred me to a competitor (how often does THAT happen?). The company they referred me to was able to do the job for me (and save my rear end). I may never have found this other company were it not for the referral Carpet Plus gave me. That's smart business. A selfless desire to serve, in any capacity! And something you just don't see very often these days. I want to express my sincere gratitude to Carpet Plus. This is a class act company!

We had great service, start to finish, from Carpets Plus. This is a very professional, experienced family-owned business. Joy is a personable salesperson and really knows carpets; I had all the information I needed to make a good choice. Estimate and installation was provided by three generations in the family. Frank was able to determine that our 10-year-old padding was perfectly good and could be reused; I've noticed that most other companies automatically replace padding. Re-carpeting while living in the house is a big deal -- like moving without actually leaving. They were on-time, skilled and efficient, and the whole process was great. Best of all, our new carpeting looks beautiful and is perfectly installed, an excellent value. I highly recommend Carpets Plus for flooring projects.

I did get a couple of estimates and actually got one that charged me for the estimate. This company was very good and we will use them again in the future.

It was a really great experience to work with them. I actually was relaxed when someone came to my home and did work for me. They let me know everything that they were doing before they did it and the prices were very good. I also liked the servicemen as they were so polite to me.
