 + 1 moreDan Jarmen and Terry Beatty are co-owners. They are almost done on the garage and they are doing an excellent job. They are friendly, honest, and they stand behind their work. He calls us every day to keep us informed as to when they are coming. People are seeing the sign in our yard and they are telling us they are interested in hiring them as well. They are real good people and we would highly recommend them. We would hire them again
Description of Work: They are building a 4 stall 2 story garage. In the past, they also put in a sun room and put in a new fiber deck with railing and steps.

 + -1 moreDan and his team did an excellent job building the screen room and this job was actually coordinated with a complete re-paint of the exterior of the house performed by another company. We were able to add the painting of the screen room to the painting company's scope of work with minimal cost increase. The overall work took only a few weeks and they always left the work area and house clean after each day's work. We had an issue with the deck rails warping in a few places but Dan came back and repaired the problem areas. We were able to have the project completed in time for a planned event we were having in October.
Description of Work: Added a screen porch to the back of the house on the portion of the deck (12x14) that existed when the house was originally built. Also involved replacing the sliding back door on the house with a fixed panel and standard door combo. Also, added replacing the rails on the remaining deck.

Description of Work: I found Dan Jarmon on a home community web site where he had been recommended by other home owners in the Crooked Creek community. I interviewed several contracters concerning adding a new rear deck and screened in porch, and was impressed with him and his proposal. Not only did he provide the lowest bid, he also included in his bid, a few extras that were additional intems in other bids. He also provided the names and addresses of previous customers who allowed us to visit their home to seem the quality of his work. Unfortunately we were not able to add on the screened in porch (additional invironment measures required by the county permit office that were cost prohibitive). Thus we decided to just replace the old deck with a new one. Dan did an outstanding job, completing the task in just three days. He recommended a new configeration to the new decking that was more attractive than the previous deck. He was easy to work with, very professional, and extremely pleasant. I would highly recommend Dan to anyone who required general contraqcting work, and would definitely hire him for any other home improvement projects that we may need in the future.
