 + -1 moreI have had a total of 4 chairs reupholstered by Jim. The last time he finished it for me ealier than usual because I was having company come and he was kind enough to accomodate me. His work is superb. He matches patterns beautifully, refinishes wood legs if neccessary and pays attention to detail. Not only will I use him again but I am referring him to a friend who needs a sofa reupholsered. I have no doubt that she will be pleased.
Description of Work: Reupholstered 2 Wing Chairs and @ Martha Washington Chairs. The last time it was one Wing Chair.

 + -1 moreHe completed the project in the time he mentioned. He was also gracious in helping meet our time needs for picking them up after our working hours and offered to bring them to his home which was closer to our home.
Description of Work: Jim refilled some squishy sofa cushions for us with very firm foam. He wasn't sure that he would do them that firm for himself did what we asked for.

 + -1 moreOverall the experience was seamless. So glad to know about J's Upholestery for all my upholstery needs!!!!
Description of Work: The cushions on my sofa were shot, but the sofa itself is good. I went online and got a desription from furniture websites describing the kinds of cushions I wanted made. I e-mailed the description to Jim and he responded within one hour with questions and gave me a quote shortly thereafter. He asked that I swing by so he can take accurate measurements of my current cushions. Both of them were made and ready within two weeks. They are Spring & Down seats, which make them sturdy and yet very soft and comfortable. I picked them up today and they are great! Great customer service, great work and great price!
