Chem -Dry was able to schedule my carpet cleaning for a very convenient date and arrived on schedule to perform the work. The work was performed in a professional manner. Attention was given to all areas. The carpet was clean and dried after abour 2 hours.I thought the work was done in a very satisfactory manner. I was very pleased with all aspects of this job, and I will call them again. Overall this was an excellent experience.

These guys are professional, personable, and prompt. From the time I called to get an appointment to the time they were leaving my house I was impressed. Jon called approx. 30 minutes before arriving. When he arrived he walked around to see what need to be cleaned and identify any trouble spots. He was really friendly and got to work. I was extremely pleased with my experience with Chem-Dry. And I was absolutely astonished how good my 10-year old carpeting looked. I will definitely call Chem-Dry again!

He did a great job. He came on short notice and he made every attempt to eliminate the odor from the rug. He cleaned it and he sprayed some deodorant. The price was reasonable for the size of carpet.

It was excellent! The carpeting was there when we bought the house 15 years ago and he made them look new again. He was punctual and very, very pleasant.

Everything went well. Ellis was professional and answered all my questions. He worked hard and completed the job in about an hour.

The young man (son of one of the owners - you can tell his parents did a great job with him) that performed the service was courteous and on time. After he greeted me, he went to work and completed the service when he stated he would and did not miss any area of the rooms I requested to have cleaned. After he completed, the service, he cleaned up after himself and was careful not to scratch any of the walls in our home with his equipment. I will recommend this company to my friends.lar

It was a totally wonder experience from the call I made to have this work done. The young lady who answered the phone was polite and knowledgeable about their business. She scheduled an appointment and told me the service worker would do the work between 8-10 am. and that I would receive a call before the worker arrived. Sure enough call received 15 minutes before the work was to be done. I was so pleased he was on time. Worker personable and did a wonderful job. I certainly will hire this company again. The next day received a follow up call to make sure I was pleased with the service.

They were very courteous and took the time to move our furniture. They did not damage anything. They were very nice to work with. For certain spots, I am not sure if this particular chem dry is as effective as a traditional carpet cleaning.

Our 13 year old carpet needed to be cleaned so I called ChemDry to set up an appointment arranged for someone to come between 3-5 Sat. afternoon. We received a call 30 minutes before to let us know someone was on their way. Jon Ross was the person that came to do our carpet and we are so impressed with his work. He was very professional and did an outstanding job cleaning/sanitizing our capets! This cleaning process also improved the look of our carpet - even in the high traffic areas. We are a very satisfied customer and definitely will use ChemDry again. We highly recommend this company.

Cleaned our condo which we bought recently. It was filthy and the carpet cleaning really cleaned it up and got rid of some stains from the remodel work we did, as well as got rid of the pet odors.
