Chem-Dry of Wake County

They cleaned the carpets in my bedrooms, stairs and Closet as well as a space rug. I was not there but they called me just before arrival, upon arrival, called me with the estimate before starting, called me when completed and I was also able to settle the bill on the phone which was extremely convenient. I did not have to change plans and just continued with my day as if nothing happened. I would absolutely use again and refer to other potential customers.

The service person was great. He was on time went over the services I asked for, pointed out extra services (without pressure). He went to work completed the tasks and left. He was personable professional and will use again.

The technician was punctual. friendly and professional. While they were there doing the rugs, we added the request of cleaning the grout which they did and it looked great, Would certainly use them in the future

Fantastic job! Our leather looks and smells great (for being 8 years old), and there is no odor or evidence of cat urine in our upstairs hall. Very professional, courteous, and extremely friendly. Great attention to detail and every attempt was made to get some old stains out of our furniture caused by kids. Will definitely use again and am recommending them over other companies we have tried.

I asked them to clean an older couch to see if I could salvage it. They did the best they could but they couldn't get the stains out. I wish I had just tried a rug doctor rental. The cleaner was nice, but seemed to have limited knowledge and experience with cleaning. I might try them again for a more conventional service and I would ask for a more experienced cleaner.

I called this provider after having a negative interaction with another local Chem-Dry provider. This provider was courteous, accommodating (fit us in on short notice), fairly priced, prompt, thorough, and did a great job. I definitely will use again.

They were great. I had inherited an area rug that had been in the house of a smoker. They told me over the phone that the size of the rug would not meet their minimum price requirements for an in-house job. As I had just moved in, I had my carpets cleaned by another company, however, there was another area rug that I had not had cleaned. That was estimated to bring me up to the minimum price ($95) for in home service. When the technician arrived, he determined that I was still short work to bring me up to the required price for in home work. I then had him clean the large living room which had seen a lot of traffic and had mud dragged in from the dog and children. That brought me exactly up to the required amount. I think they did a better job than the other company that I had had in to do the carpeting when I had moved in about 2 months prior to this. I also think they could have easily said that the two area rugs met the minimum price and I would not have known the difference. I respect them for being so honest.

Their pricing is very reasonable. They were prompt, very responsive and efficient.

Overall the carpet cleaning was good, they were able to remove several stains, and left a complimentary aerosole cleaner to use in the future. The carpet took until the next day to feel completely dry. I am not a fan of the lemon fragrance that remains after their cleaning. I thought the cost per stair step was high, it added the cost of a extra room of cleaning. After two months, the stains have not returned, which can often happen after cleaning a carpet.

The crew was great! They helped me move a few things and went under the beds when I told them we have allergies. They were very professional, efficient, and pleasant people. They also cleaned our cat perch that is covered in carpet! Our allergies have been much better since we used Chem-Dry.

We called Chem-Dry and told them what we wanted done. They quoted the price - very reasonable - and we agreed upon a date. They called right before they came, arrived on time and did a great job!! We were very pleased. Before they proceeded, they explained what they would be doing, how they would do it, and how long approximately it would take to dry. They did not rush (as opposed to previous well-known carpet cleaning company who we used previously). I will definitely use Chem-Dry of Wake County from now on!

Overall, the experience went very well. I was surprised at how clean they got the carpets! Mr. Dillan, the owner, was very helpful and even did a little bit of extra work for us at no charge.

It was all very professional. They were the lowest that I got in price and they did an excellent job. They did a great job in cleaning the rug. It was somewhere between $100 and $200.

I called on a Thursday to see if they could come out and clean our sofa and loveseat. The man that answered the phone was personable, said that they were running a special on what I needed done AND had an appointment for Friday at 8 a.m.. Jon, the man who was coming to clean the furniture, called and let us know when he'd be here and was a pleasure to have in our home. He even offered a military discount because he'd noticed the USMC coasters and things around the living room. Very professional and our furniture looks brand new again.

Of the several Chem-Dry businesses in the area, I went with Chem-Dry of Wake County. I can't speak for the others. A live human answered my call, scheduled the work so it fit with my preferred schedule, called on the scheduled day to see if they could come 1/2 hour early (!). They could and did. Got the work done and done well in the time they said it would take. They were pleasant people both on the phone and in person. The person who came out to do the work was personable and gave some pointers on how to deal with carpet stains. All in all, I would give them high marks for being pleasant, personable, professional, and, oh yes, the price was good, also!

Real person answers the phone on first ring! Simple quote, scheduled... arrived exactly on time. Service was great and exceeded our expectations. Ross did the work and he was very professional and worked extra h****** several touch stains. Carpet is 5yrs old and now looks brand new ! We will use them again.

Terriffic! They even got out oil that was tracked in on workboots -- we didn't think it could be done.

.The person was running ahead of schedule and called to verify that it was OK to come early. He came and saw the work to be done, advised me on what he could do, and just how much it would cost. I found it interesting that his quote was the same as the Angie's List coupon that I thought was getting me a discount. He accurately estimated the time and results. After it dried, it looked great.
