Description of Work: They did a deep cleaning as they said they would. Connie and Tammy came by before the scheduled appointment and gave me all the details. Tammy and Jessica arrived on time, worked hard and did an excellent job. I will be availing of their services from now on.

+ -1 moreThe group came a day ahead to introduce themselves and familiarize themselves with the job I wanted to have done. They came the next day as agreed upon. It was a team of 2 and they cleaned for 3 1/2-4 hours. The bathrooms where sparkling when they were finished. They even cleaned out our microwave and wiped down molding, trim and picture frames. The team was very friendly and wanted to insure I was satisfied with everything before they left. They even made a point of saying after they leave if I come across something I wanted done to call them and they will come back. Very happy with the service and would use again.
Description of Work: The provider cleaned 2 bathrooms, living room and kitchen.

My mother was ecstatic with the service and results of the several hours of hard work. I would recommend this service again and again!! THANKS Connie for giving the TLC to my mom.

+ -1 moreThe only problem was in the kitchen. Of course, very important. Hardwood floors were washed 3 times and still smeary. Oven wasn't wiped out completely. Called and they came back out on Sunday, the day after the first cleaning. They fixed both problems.
Description of Work: Cleaned a vacant rental property top to bottom. Baseboards and such had not been done in about 6 years.

+ 1 moreI called her to set up an estimation. She herself came to my house and went over everything with me. There were no hidden charges. when she cam e to my house the day of the cleaning she had all her supplies. i did not have to provide anything. I felt very comfortable with her in my home.
Description of Work: I had my entire house CLEANED. Everything. It looked amazing. Was nice to come home to. Ms. Alford is very professional and thorough. She is also insured and bonded as well. She also provides special services on request. Eg. closet and cabinet organization and carpet shampooing. I will definitely use her services again. She also does one time services for special occasions. Loved it!!!!!
