We are a family owned and operated company. We have been in the industry for 20 years. We are very dedicated and honest and want ALL of our customers to be thrilled with the purchase they make. Our company was formerly known as Staley Construction & Improvements and when we purchased into Alligator Sunrooms we decided to change our name. Alpha Custom Exteriors was purchased in May 2012 and launched in August 2012. We are not new to the industry we decided that instead of sub-contracting from larger sunroom companies and watching how customers were treated is not the way we wanted to continue doing business. Alpha Believes that your hard earned money should be directed with respect and you should get what you pay for, no hidden hooks. Tim Staley is the owner and his holds his NC Contractors License #72276. He passed the NASCLA which is a national test and can become licensed in 8 different states.
"BEWARE!! Is this Quality Material and professional workmanship? Contracted for addition of screened porch to house and a concrete patio pad. Within one year of completion of the project in September 2017, sent several letters and emails requesting corrections to problem issues...including the roof that began to leak and stain the ceiling inside the house. The patio pad also began to crack badly. He patched the roof in 2018. However, subsequent to this repair being made, the roof again began leaking and staining the ceiling in the very same area. Paid another contractor $3150 to repair the roof. The concrete pad was jack hammered up and "some" of the broken-up concrete was removed. He didn't remove all of the broken-up concrete and in 2018 he poured the new concrete pad on top of the old broken-up concrete of the original pad. Later, the new concrete pad began to crack also. It is currently cracked in several different places and is progressively getting worse. Contacted the business in February 2020 with no positive results. Had expected to experience several years of comfortable enjoyment from the project but instead those repairs that were made obviously provided only temporary remedy but did not provide a permanent solution to the problem."
