Richard was able to start almost immediately but it took three weeks to complete because he already had commitments for other work that had to completed. The property was unoccupied so there wasn't any furniture to work around. He used high quality Sherwin Williams paint. All the prep work took over a week to finish but he was very thorough and the work was done to a very high level. He had to put two coats of Kilz on some of the walls because of bright paint on the walls and damage done by the evicted previous owner, including graffiti. He used the same color, Antique White, on the walls and ceilings and it looks great. He used flat paint because it will be easier to touch-up the paint for a new tenant. I am very happy with the finished product. The difference between the before and after photos is remarkable. It looked like a brand new property when he was finished. This is the second rental property that I've hired Richard to complete work for me and I intend to use him again and would recommend him without reservation. He does high quality work at a great price.

Ricky did an outstanding job at a great price and I would use him again. I just purchased a rental property and needed to get the peeling wallpaper removed from two bathrooms (one with a 10 foot + ceiling) as quickly as possible. It was a tough job because the wall paper was laid on sheet rock that had not been prepped. He had to remove the existing wallpaper, fix all the imperfections in the sheet rock, and he then applied three coats of Sherwin Williams paint to the bathrooms walls and ceiling. I only paid for two coats of paint but he insisted on a third coat so it looked as good as possible. As a result, the job took two and a half days. He also repaired the damaged sheet rock in the ceiling of a bedroom and painted the ceiling at no additional cost. I could not be happier with the finished product. His quick work allowed the tenant to move in only three days after I purchased the property. I give him my highest recommendation and will use him again at this property to remove the remaining wallpaper in the master bedroom and kitchen.
