Pat was on time and very polite. He took us through the entire home and educated us on all the features we would have beneath the walls of the home. He was very patient and explained structural aspects quite well. His report was not superfluous, and he gave us peace of mind that our home was being built by an honest contractor.
Description of Work: Pre-drywall home inspection. A visual inspection of a home currently under construction before the installation of sheetrock. This inspection verified that all plumbing, electrical, and ducting work was up to code, and assessed the stability of the frame work, concrete slab foundation, and flooring. It also verified the positioning and number of electrical, cable, and communications outlets, burglar alarm sensors, and garage door openers. It did not include an analysis of the exterior of the home.
