PB's Water Pump Service

I was promised on Thursday that he would be here on Friday morning. At 12:05 I started calling him. 5 times over a 3 hour period. I also sent him several text messages asking him if he was coming out. At 3:00 I called him and told him not to come out as another plummer told me he would be at my house by 6:00. He should be enough of a plummer to answer his phone or return a text.

I lost water pressure on a Friday afternoon. After checking a few things, I determined it had to be a problem with the well pump. I needed service fast, and had not been satisfied with the original well driller/installer. We have a 4 year-old house and have had 2 other problems that the original installer had to correct already. Based on a recommendation, I contacted Philip. He answered his cell immediately and asked me to text him my address. I instantly received a text confirming receipt and that he would be there soon. Showed up in less than 30 minutes! After pulling the pump, it was obvious that the original installer had done a poor job. The wires were not secured correctly to the pipe and a large bundle was taped up near the pump. Additionally, the torque arrester was not installed correctly. The wires had rubbed on the sides of the well and broken. There were 5 other spots that were bare and about to snap. PB fixed all of this correctly and asked if he could look at my tank and system. He discovered that the tank had no counter-air pressure, a problem I didn't even know we had. He fixed this and too the time to explain everything to me and what to look for in the future. The work he performed was outstanding, but I was most impressed by his responsiveness and professionalism on the phone. Those skills are often lacking in tradesmen. He will be my first call for any plumbing needs in the future.

The well providing water to our home stopped workingat 10PM last night. I called PB's Water Pump Service the next morning (around 7:30) and talked directly with the owner, Phillip Beddingfield. Although he had other work orders, Mr. Beddingfield stated that customers without water were his number one priority and he would arrive at our home before 9:00AM. He arrived on time and within 1 1/2 hours had fixed the problem and restored water to our home. While here he inspected and adjusted the well system controls and pressure tank for maximum efficiency at no extra cost. He also provide excellent instruction on filter maintenance.
