+ -1 moreThey were indifferent to my situation, I struggled in the door with my CPU, and explained my problem. They called several days later with an expense estimate. I debated buying a new computer, but told them to fix it. Not all of the software was reloaded and my firewall was missing.
Description of Work: Due to software problems, my hard drive locked up. They stripped the software unlocking the hard drive.

+ -1 moreTHEY WERE READY WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD BE. THEY CAN DO ANY TYPE OF WORK ON A COMPUTER. I TELL PEOPLE IF THEY HAVE ANY PROBLEMS WITH THEIR COMPUTER TO GO THERE. MY COMPUTER WORKS WELL NOW.
Description of Work: THE COMPANY REPLACED A DISK DRIVE IN MY COMPUTER.
