They did everything they said they would and was promptly on time. Clean up everything after they were finished Sergio Benetiz and his crew were professional, excellent and courteous

Sergio was very helpful at starting the process since Iâ  ve never done anything like this, knowing who I had to get in touch with before beginning the digging. Very dependable, and the day of digging, his crew came in, did their work, cleaned up and were gone. Definitely highly recommend him to anyone.

Sergio was prompt answered all emails and questions almost as fast as I sent them. Provided a fair and accurate estimate and there were no surprises.

We had our job quoted by Sergio and accepted his bid and he was scheduled to come yesterday. The day before, my husband texted to confirm the time, and no answer. He texted a few times during the day on Saturday and no answer. Sergio ghosted us and we wasted a day that we could have had our project completed by waiting for someone who did not show or have the courtesy to let us know that he was not coming after all.

If zero stars were an option that is what I would have selected. Let me start by saying when you have to hire another person to come and do excavation work to come to fix the work of the first excavation company, that should be all you need to know. We hired Sergio to remove several trees from our backyard. Doing so required removing a section of our fence. He damaged our septic before he ever started working but he fixed that and we moved on. I wish we had stopped there. He and his guys proceeded to remove more trees from our yard than originally planned… this I can understand as mistakes and realizing they didn t know what they were doing for tree removal. If this was all that happened we could have wrapped up and been done. HOWEVER, he showed the issue was not simply a mistake but blatant disregard for me or my neighbor's properties. He took down my neighbors fence WITHOUT permission and removed two trees from his yard WITHOUT permission (I still have no idea why this happened). He damaged several areas of my fence which I am still waiting 6 months later for him to have repaired (the job started in May he claims he will send someone to do the repair on Nov 26th). He repeatedly has sent his workers to my property to work when I have explicitly told him they were not allowed to come. He is not allowed to work on my property without me being present per our HOA now that they have witnessed the carelessness of his crew making a total mess of our street and damaging, my siding, gate, fence, and showing blatant disregard for my neighbors. I would not rehire this company. Please look elsewhere.

Terrible,had to hire another landscaper to finish the work,my yard has ruts and rocks left by this company. The soil used to border the drain contained rocks and debris,I requested that the yard be thoroughly cleaned and it was never done.Also dirt containing rocks and debris was used in a failed effort to repair ruts left by his equipment Terrible overall job done by this unprofessional company. Beware he is terrible

Came on time and finished on the time they gave. Cost was very reasonable with the work asked to do. I will continue to ask for their service.

They came as they said they would, brought the materials needed and did a great job. Happy to use them again.

They were professional and courteous. I enjoyed working with them. They did a wonderful job and Iâ m a very happy customer. Iâ ll be calling them again for my next project.

Put the yard back together as it was before. After they finished we had a heavy rain guess what I had no standing water. I am real happy they did what they said they would

Sergio and his crew worked very hard. He came back within a reasonable time to address an issue that developed after he left.

The work schedule was wild. I never knew when or if Sergio or his crew were going to show up. Once was the rain fault, but all of the other times I had no idea when or if the crew was going to show up, and sometimes they would show up in the evening after it was dark and I was given no notice. They also cut a cable and did not tell me about it until after I noticed a problem with outlets. It turns out that there was no power in that cable, but I am still very troubled by the fact that there was a cable cut and I was never informed of the cable being cut. I cannot say definitively that the power outlet issue was caused by Sergio and his team, but he came out and looked and said it was not his team.

Great job! Fair price! Fast! I would definitely hire them again.

Sergio worked hard to address all issues as quickly as possible using every opportunity his schedule could afford to resolve them as quickly as possible.

First Sergio underestimated the price of the job. He had to bust-up and remove part of a concrete pad which was more difficult than he expected. Although, I had no problem paying him for the extra work. The problems were:1) he busted a pipe and instead of finding the problem he covered it up with dirt;2) took down part of a chain-link fence and told me he would put it back up and he never did; 3).said he was going to close access to the foundation but only placed blocks with silicone!! My main issue is that he was not honest with me. Do not tell me you are going to do something and then never do it. I also asked Sergio for an invoice on several occasions and never received it. This was the lesson for me: Never pay for a job until it is completed.

After the drainage system was installed, the flooding in my backyard worsened. I called, was given a date to come see it and Sergio did not call or come. I have contacted him 3 times since with no response.
