Installed a walkway drain and job done fast

Sergio sits in his truck, never checks on his workers to make sure they are doing the job right. I had to tell him to move one end cap 3x, put a flag marker where it needed to be, and they still got it wrong! Another one had to be moved twice. And they cut my irrigation line, never said anything since it is the winter. Luckily, I had to turn it back on for landscaping I got done after his debacle and found out. I called him, he asked for pictures, I sent them, and he said he'd be there right away. Never came the next day so I called him the following day, but he refused to come because they don't work in the rain. Poor attitude, no pride in the work, and he'll charge you for more material than needed, and then keeps it for himself.

Very professional and hard workers

Sergio met with me and after describing the work to be done was here in two weeks time and the job is complete. The grass was reseeded and the steps coming down to our property were repaired. I would be sure to be clear and let the men work. Sergio is careful to be sure to do only what was discussed. Good company with solid references.

Tried communicating with the contractor to let him know that the job that he did is not working as expected and have not gotten any type of communication from the contractor after they were paid in full and told me they were coming back.

The grading work performed, went beyond what was initially discussed. We were very pleased with the results and Sergioâ s willingness to go the extra distance.
