Kate's Garage Doors

The company is a husband/wife team. Kate answers the phone and schedules the appointment. Joe does the service. I called at 7:30 AM, but the answering machine picked up. Kate called back within the half hour and said Joe could be here at about 3 PM. Initially we set that time, but because we wanted to get on the road, we called back and asked if they could come sooner. They rearranged some things and were here within the hour. Joe evaluated the situation and realized since we had a high lift he didn't have that kind of spring on his truck. He was able to safely raise the door so we could remove our cars. He said he could come back later that day to do the repair. However, we wanted to leave town, so agreed that he could come back in a few days to do the repair. He returned as scheduled and did a great job. He also tightened and oiled the door. He also removed an old bird's nest in the opener. It runs much quieter/smoother than it did before.

I couldn't be happier. From start to finish, dealing with Kate and Joseph was a pleasure. They were incredibly responsive, professional and pleasant to work with. They came to the house the same day I asked for a quote. They were knowledgeable about their product but I never felt pressured. I made selections based on their recommendations and couldn't be more pleased with the product. The work was first rate. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
