Joel was quick to respond and gave us high quality service! He contacted us the same day we put in a request for a quote and was able to put us on his schedule for the next day.

We have used Joel on 3 separate occasions to repair our washer, dryer and dishwasher. and every time found him to be amazing in his abilities to diagnose the problems, quickly obtained the parts needed and repair each appliance promptly. He explains the cost in advance and so there were no surprises in the final bill. He is a fine young man with high ethical standards and anxious to please, We can't say enough good things about him and so happy to have found him to do our appliance repairs.

Called immediately after I hit the "request quote" button. Showed up on time. Very polite. Showed me what was wrong with my washing machine, approximated the cost of repair, and advised me that it would be better to get a new machine (given the repair/labor cost and age of machine). I appreciate his honesty, and this diagnosis was not expensive.

He told me his service charge was $85 and that it could go towards him fixing whatever was wrong. He told me he could not fix it. It would be better for me to purchase another one. But he did not tell me that the $85 would still be due if he could not fix it prior to coming. He was here 10 minutes and I paid him 80 dollars plus tax I believe it was $91 total that is a rip off. I would not have used him if I knew I would still have to pay the service charge if he could not fix it.

I was happy to find a repair man who takes pride in his work. Joel came at the time he said on the same day I called. He knew what he was doing. He cleaned the area when he was done all with a smile on his face. I told him he's my new appliance repair man. I am very satisfied.
