Description of Work: Reseated doors into the frames so they fit properly. Steve was very professional! He will be our go to carpenter in Franklin. He is honest and will tell you if he can do the work or not!

 + 5 moreI am impressed how well Steve pays attention to detail. He was always on time and answered a bunch of extra questions I had about different things. He has over 40 years of experience. He brought his own tools and was well prepared. I thought his prices were very good and he didn't want to get paid until the job was done. We will be hiring him again to complete other projects. Specifically we need our house painted, and deck redone. Steve was very accommodating and very trustworthy. He also was very neat and picked up and swept up as he completed the job. Steve also will be coming back to custom molding work for us. He even worked on the week-end to get the job done for us! I liked how he charged for the job done and not for hours worked so we knew what the cost was up front.
Description of Work: Steve laid cement backer board down in front of our sliding glass doors so I could tile. He replaced some sub-floor and then laid down our hardwood bamboo floating floors. He custom made transition pieces out of our own flooring so we didn't have to buy them extra. He also put a silicone seal on a pair of sliding doors we had a leak in.
