We tend to work mostly for homeowners rather than builders, as this cuts the homeowners cost on average by 15%. We also go the extra mile in quality control and stand behind our work. The other guys warranty usually lasts until your check clears. We offer free estimates and welcome our potential customers to obtain others for comparison but feel the customer also needs to consider the quality of work that will be done. Each job is different and are based on labor charges with material costs to be added. Materials are not marked up. The customer pays only for the materials that are used. Any unused materials are either left with the customer or returned to our vendor. If materials are returned to our vendor, the customer is given the credit for those returned items and are not charged for any of it. In most situations, we do not ask for any money up front.
