+ -1 moreHe did not make an appointment so we did not know exactly when he was coming. He came the day before and our restaurant was closed, so he came back the next day. Then left us a bill for his time plus two hours extra because no one was there the first time. I wrote him a check for the two hours he actually worked, and also felt bad he came when we weren't open, so I handed him a check with one extra hour for his trouble. He threw it back and wouldn't take it. Now he is stalking me.

+ -1 moreI was trying to get my washing machine fixed. He took a quick look and came back telling me that he could not fix it. He suggested that I call another repair shop which I had mentioned. He then asked for $75. I called the other service, They were honest with me and told me that if the first man couldn't fix it, they probably couldn't either. If that is the case, then why did Mtn Appliance tell me to call anyone else. He knew it was beyond repair. I bought a new washer.
Description of Work: Nothing! He came out to my home to repair a washing machine, which I had brought from him. He did absolutely no work.
