Matthew came and gave us a quote. Ken came to put a tarp on and found more problems. When I called to find out what he had found the office manager told me that Matthew would call back with the information. Five days later, and, still no call.

This company responded quickly to our needs. They provided an estimate that included previously repaired areas on the roof, that may need for future repairs. The work done was to repair a leak around a sky light. The relationship with the company was highly professional.

We opted for the shingle roof. Josh came out and gave an estimate. It included metal and shingle roofs and other additional upgrades and options. The estimate was very thorough and was exactly what the project ended up costing us. And the quality of work is out of this world! I would recommend them over and over again. All of the staff at their sales office are super friendly and knowledgeable with samples of all their products and upgrades in the show room. I don t have any other offers to compare their prices too but the cost seemed very fair for the high quality of work done. I would highly recommend them.

We hired Highlander Roof Services to repair the chimney flashing and replace any rotten wood. We were told they might be some rotten boards where the roof leaked around the chimney. The workman said they would check the wooden boards around the chimney and replace them as needed. We recently had our roof shingles replaced, two months after the chimney flashing had been replaced. Our roofing contractor found rotten boards around the chimney. The workman from Highlander Roofing did not check the roof as they promised nor did they replace any rotten boards. We had to pay another contractor to correct their shoddy work. We did not think the price we paid for the chimney work was good and are not happy with the lack of integrity of this company. It doesn't stop there because we asked for a quote for 3 air vents on our roof, they came back with an inflated quote. No more business from us or our friends.

Personable staff and workers, responsive to customer. Did have some inter-office communication difficulties re job details and materials ordering/availability that necessitated customer being on site in communication with work crew.

The weather delayed the work, but when they began the job - I needed only partial repair, not an entire roof -, Matt and Schuyler worked until nearly dark to complete the job. I would have been satisfied with a temporary tarp for the night, but they persevered and completed the job in one day. They returned the next day for final tweaking and dusting and cleaning. I felt they were competent and personable, and they accomplished the work efficiently and with good humor. Advice and suggestions they made were logical and pertinent. Josh, who initially assessed the job, was forthright in advising me that I did not need a new roof, which I had feared would be the diagnosis. Overall, I was very pleased with everyone involved in the assessment and repair. I would recommend Highlander Roofing in a heartbeat.

Josh and his crew are fantastic and I highly recommend this company for their conscientious approach and speed in service delivery. I sustained a 5-in hole in my garage roof in Dillsboro(long story) and called Highlander in some desperation given rain that evening in the forecast. Josh came by that morning, scoped the job, and then swung by with a crew that same afternoon and replaced the plywood between the rafters and matched the shingles in a seamless job, then cleaned up so well you couldn't tell they had been there. I can't thank the team at Highlander Roofing enough - they are my roofer from here on!
