Awful never sold property and still have to hire someone to repair what was originally agreed upon.

Becky Ramey is absolutely fantastic for someone that is fairly, young; I think she is under thirty. She is extremely professional. She goes way out of her way. I happened to be on my way out of town and I found a property that I was interested in Franklin and she took care of absolutely everything for me. She did everything, all the way to helping me locate a lawyer and an appraiser, to appraise the property. She has been working with me because we are planning to move to Franklin in three to five years, so anytime she sees something that might be of interest, she lets us know. She knows that it is not going to be an immediate sale. The great thing about her is that she loves what she does and it comes through. She doesn’t want us to buy-to-buy; she wants us to be happy with what I get. Her commission is the standard 6%. It is standard across the board for real estate agents. It is negotiable but I don’t play this game. Becky is very honest. She is very upfront. She is not pushy. She is just very, very professional.
