The entire process went great. Mr. McGaha and his crew were here on time, explained what they were going to do; answered any questions we had; and very professional during the entire process. They made sure we had heat..since they had one more day to complete installation. We would definitely recommend this company.

Excellent. Repair person David efficiently found small malfunctioning part located in the middle of the heat pump, replaced and reassembled. We felt he was experienced and really knew what he was doing. We strongly recommend.

Installers came in on day one and started installing all ductwork in the crawl space. Second day came and finished installing the ductwork and finished setting the outside unit. Came on day three for 1/2 day and ran all electrical lines and set the thermostat. Their electrician came on the 4th day and ran all wires to the electrical panel, started unit and removed all the baseboard heaters. After removing all the wall thermostats for the baseboard heat, he covered the holes with solid electrical plates. All of the men were polite, informative and very neat. They vacuumed each area where a floor grill was installed. They picked up & removed all trash from our home each day. They had to remove the frame from around the door opening into the crawl space in order to get the unit into that area. They replaced the frame so that you cannot even tell that it had been removed. We have a dehumidifier in the crawl space and they checked out the unit to make sure it was running properly. We were completely satisfied and felt that they had gone above and beyond what we had expected.

I have a mixed response. Initially, the estimate for the work and the scheduling, for when we were out of town, seemed fair. However, the work was not completed as scheduled. The working team departed after 2 days due to a death in family. Completely understandable. What I take issue with was that our job seemed to be pushed aside to complete jobs where others 'complained' louder. The result was a full week of all day and into night work to complete the job...again understandable but very nerve-racking to homeowners. To be honest and fair, an small adjustment was made in the overall pricing to compensate for this. The other disappointment was (while we were out of town) it was clearly evident that bathrooms were dirty and a living room couch had been sat on with no regard for dust/dirt shoes. I would not have minded the use of bathrooms at all but to me it showed a lack of courtesy and respect to not remove shoes and leave bathrooms in a mess! Overall, I will give them a C due to these issues.

After receiving several quotes for the installation of an electric HVAC heat pump, we chose All Service Heating & AC for the job. Jeremy provided us with a detailed quote and he was the only person that suggested we install a whole house dehumidifier to work in conjunction with HVAC system. Because we live in Highlands, NC where summer temps rarely get that hot, we felt that the dehumidifier was a good suggestion to keep things comfortable during summer months. Installation began on date promised, but on first day of install I noticed that the dehumidifier that was brought was the wrong size unit. I called this to the installation crew's attention before they began connecting it to the HVAC system and at the end of the day they returned the incorrect unit and brought out the correct one on the following day. What was supposed to be a 3 day installation turned into 4 1/2 days, which was somewhat of an inconvenience, but they did a quality job an were eager to please, allowing us to have input into location of vents and returns! After the installation crew completed their work, a service tech was scheduled to check everything out and to startup the system. While he was there, I asked him about the variable speed air handler that we were supposed to get, and he advised me what had been installed was a single speed air handler. I promptly called the office and spoke with the owner and since the installation was complete, I decided to keep the single speed air handler, with a price concession for the difference in cost. When the county inspector came out to inspect the system, we discovered that the auxiliary heat strip in the single speed unit was only 5KW, and I had been promised a 10KW auxiliary heat strip. So again I called and spoke with the owner, who told me the mistake in ordering the wrong unit was completely his fault and he would replace it with the one that was supposed to be installed originally as well as give me a price reduction in the overall cost of the system. So another day was spent installing the correct air handler and running a new electrical circuit to accommodate the larger heat strip. In the end, we are happy with the system and I feel that the mistakes that were made were not intentional and that I was treated fairly. All of the staff including the installation crew and office manager were very accommodating and easy to work with. My only negative comment is this company needs better quality control to make sure what is being installed is what the customer ordered. Without my checking on what was installed, these mistakes could have gone unnoticed.

Jeremy, the owner of ALL SERVICE came out and met with us. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He took the time to answer all our questions and make suggestions. His estimate turned out to be the most complete and thorough. He gave us different options too. We decided on ALL SERVICE. The installers, Travis and Travis, worked together well to complete the job. They could not have been any better. They were polite, neat, hardworking and thorough. The scheduler, Karen, did a good job as well, coordinating the county inspection and having their start up electrician, Dodge, come out at just the right time. In retrospect, I wish we had used the ALL SERVICES electrician instead of our own. Dodge really knows about these units and the ins and outs of the Mitsubishi thermostat. He gave me a nice training on the unit operation. It's been in 2 weeks now and the heating works good (don’t need the AC in October up here). All Service installed a Trane ductless 16 seer mini split system in all the bed rooms and in the open living area. ( dining room, living room and kitchen. ) This was installed in July 27 & 28. Trae, Brian and Dodge did an excellent job and were very professional. We are very pleased with our system and service that All Service supplied.

The entire process from initial contact, explanation of options, installation, and clean-up was outstanding. All involved in this project, sales, installers, and office staff were a joy to work with. There were no surprises and the work was done on-time.

A tech came out and found the compressor was out but there was also a problem with the ducts being to small for the system. The next day the owner came out and measured all the ducts under the house and the size of the rooms and registers. The next day we got back an analysis of the system with 4 different choices. Quote was very professional. Not only that but once we accepted the proposal they brought out a used unit and installed it so we would not be without air conditioning as we had to wait about 3 weeks to get the install done. The tech that installed the system was very professional and personable. The work was done on time and we are really pleased with the quiet run of the Train 16 unit. Would highly recommend the crew at All Service. They all work as one efficient team to serve the customer.

Jeremy and Karen were a pleasure to work with. They were very professional, responsive and made sure my questions were answered and the job was completed correctly. The estimate process was great. Jeremy gave me several options to choose from and did not try to upsell me on anything that I did not need and was willing to work with the equipment I already had in place. We had a slight hiccup with the placement of the unit, but Jeremy made sure it was done as we agreed upon and made things right. Steve stayed late to make sure the system was running correctly and they follow up serviceman was polite and professional. They are a great company to work with.

All Service gave a prompt quote and arrived on the scheduled date for installation. Install was done in one day and staff kept us informed of progress and any issues. All Service returned a few days later to leave a ladder for County inspector to use to climb in attic. Unit passed inspection with no problems. All Service returned once time more to adjust and unit works perfectly.

THE APPOINTMENT TO REPLACE THE EQUIPMENT WAS MADE BY THE OFFICE STAFF. THE INSTALLERS WERE ON TIME, FRIENDLY & VERY EFFICIENT. THEY KEPT ME INFORMED THROUGHOUT THE PROCESS. WHEN THE JOB WAS COMPLETED,THE AREA WAS LEFT VERY CLEAN. I WOULD DEFINITELY USE THIS COMPANY IN THE FUTURE.

It went great and the unit works great!!

Overall went very well. The installation personnel were excellent and were easy to work with. The system works great and am very pleased with the results. My only concern was that sometimes the response times, when questions were made via phone calls or emails to the main office, were somewhat slow. The only other thing was that it was difficult to talk directly with the owner after the initial contract and details were worked out. I had the cell phone of the head installer and he was really good to work with and his response was quick and timely. I really would have appreciated a call from the owner at some point during the installation and when the job was completed just as a follow-up to see how everything went and if I was satisfied. This was the only thing that kept me from giving them an overall excellent grade.

I was very pleased with the man that came and did my service. He was on time and very polite. He knew what he was doing and explained what he was going to do, and how it would work better for me. He replaced some of my old ducking and explained that a wider ducking pipe would be better and more energy efficient.

I talked to several HVAC providers in the area. Got several diverse estimates and approaches. All Service seemed to provide the most reasonable solution technology-wise, and they were competitive on cost. I also had used them previously, to maintain the fuel oil furnace, and was alright with their prior service. The project was probably an above average install as far as difficulty goes. Installation in an old 1940s farm house in the winter wet season. The installation crew was competent and respectful. They got their work done without needing much input from the homeowner, but asking where appropriate. They seemed to come up with creative and reasonable solutions to the issues that came up. Overall, I'm satisfied with All Service and the work they did. I would use them again, and I am looking forward to a long relationship with them on the Maintenance/Service side.

Price was very good. Treated me like I knew what I wanted and went out of their way to provide the service exactly as I wanted it. They were punctual, very professional. They cleaned up every night before they went home for the evening, showed up exactly on time the next day. Made sure all permits were handled and had inspections within one day of completion. I have already recommended this company to friends. I would use them again in a heartbeat. Also, they are a dealer for a very excellent product. This whole job exceeded my expectations.
