We are a full service heating and air company. Our company was founded in 2004 and we are a Trane Comfort Specialist dealer. We periodically run specials on Facebook and also work hand-in-hand with Wells Fargo to provide financing (often with special terms such as 0% financing). We pride ourselves in having a courteous, well-trained, efficient staff and look forward to serving you.

Description of Work: Overall I am very pleased with All Service. I do have one complaint. I was given a schedule and at the last minute a change was made to the final step. This had an impact on arrangements I had made based on the schedule. One involved a significant health matter. No accommodation was offered to address the circumstance. The installers and electrician were wonderful. The price was appropriate. I am very happy with the product.

We show that your job was quoted 3 days for service time and that you were given specific dates for completion that were amended and made agreeable (3 weeks out from your original dates) due to company you were receiving. Our records indicate that installation was complete within the first two days (a Thursday and Friday) and that follow up for completion and electrical was completed on Monday; 3 days. Description of Work: There were some glitches during the installation, but All Service has been very responsive and quick to correct, and continue to work with us to make the experience good. There was one not-so-professional person, but I chose not to ding them on this because everyone else was great. Also, price seems high, but in line or better than other vendors, so didn't ding them on this either.

There was a slight mix up about the day that the install was to start, but after that the installers did a great job each day in getting the system installed in a hot attic. They cleaned and straightened up each day of the 4 day install and stuck around when everything was finished to make sure that everything was functioning as it should. There was a delay between when the mechanical install was completed and the electrical service upgrade was started because of some scheduling problems with the electrical contractor (Peavey Electric), but this was only a minor nuisance. ALL of the technicians and electricians were very courteous and tolerated my following them around and asking a hundred questions about what they were doing and why. They all stuck with it and completed a massive amount of work in a relatively short time. On the day of the Electrical upgrade, they coordinated with Western Carolina (University) Electric services lineman to make sure we had the minimum time without power. The WCU Electric crew leader gave me his personal Cell number to contact him as soon the Jackson County building inspector approved the new electrical upgrade. There were no deficiencies or suggestions for either the electrical or mechanical install.
Description of Work: Installed a Heat Pump/Air Conditioning unit along with all the duct work in our previously non air conditioned home. They also sub contracted with an electrical company to upgrade our electrical service to accommodate the added circuitry and bring it up to current code.

June 2013: The installers worked very hard and diligently for a week removing old equipment and installing new and were very pleasant to work with. This was a very labor intensive job. Within a week of installation they had to return to make a minor adjustment. Nov. 2013: The system stopped working and they responded immediately and got the system running but reported really couldn't find the problem causing low voltage fuse to blow. This occurred again and immediately responded and got system up and running after replacing fuse again and checking wiring. Jan., 2014: System went out again during freezing conditions and was told that the owner wanted to check the system himself. We waited several days for him to return from out of town and get here. He came when the roads were icy and dangerous. He stated that he would do what he could to get the system running even if it meant staying the night. Again the entire system was checked and he got it running. He stated he rearranged some wiring in the control panel but again no obvious problem. He also said if this occurs again he will replace the control panel on air handler.

They were recommended to me by a friend. Called and received a phone estimate, scheduled appointment, and waited. Showed up exactly when they said they would and performed the service and didn't try to upsell me on things I didn't need which was refreshing. Bill was exactly as quoted, another first, and we were done.

they come out, they charge $ 100.00. This has been one of the worst companies, we have ever dealt with. I am not sure how they are still in business.
Description of Work: Provider- came out and gave us a free estimate on a heating and air pump.They were friendly and courteous at the beginning. Once the contract was signed, that all changed. They installed the duct work under our home backwards. So the only way, to change out a filter is to crawl underneath the house. This area is extremely tight and small, and is nothing but hard red clay. None of this was explained by the company, nor did they give us a walk-through explaining the new unit. Also- they did not stop to tell us, that our filters (to be changed) would be way under the house. Once the job was done, and they had their money that was it. Now, we have a stripped screw on the door of the unit, so you can not get the filter out. Nothing, is under warranty, any time

Response from All Service Heating & Air
A little information to fill in the blanks that were conveniently left out - Customer had an existing oil furnace with ductwork. The job to install a heat pump was quoted and accepted during December of 2009. The day after signing the contract, the homeowner calls us and states "We are out of heat because we ran out of oil". The job was not scheduled to started for two weeks; however, the wife was pregnant and could not be without heat, so our company took them 100 GALLONS OF FUEL OIL (at NO CHARGE) and restarted the furnace so that they would have heat until we changed out the furnace. As far as concerning the "system being installed backwards" - we installed a Trane heat pump into the existing ductwork system. The house had multiple returns of all different sizes so it would have been impossible to find filters to install in the returns, not to mention there would have been several filters to keep changed. We did relocate the heat pump closer to the crawlspace access door and installed a filter rack for ease of filter placement. The crawlspace is 3 feet high and the unit is located within 5 feet of the door (unlike the oil furnace, which was further under the home). Since the install, we have made 2 trips free of charge: One to replace the light bulb so the homeowner didn't "have to crawl under there in the dark" and the other to change the filter. In regards to the stripped screw, it would have been covered under warranty for the first year after the installation - the system still has the remaining coil and compressor warranty from the manufacturer.

Went great and very pleased
Description of Work: He replaced my 2 heating systems ( heat pumps ) with a high efficiency two stage system. Came when he was scheduled to and gave me 4 options on each system and informed me of all discounts and payment options. The office helped me apply for 0 interest payment option from Trane. They set up the appointment for installation replacing 1 system at a time and did not go without AC they finished each system on the day they started. They were very neat and cleaned thoroughly every day and removed all old equipment and duct work
