Technician showed me what the issue was and what the remedy needed to be. Technician was knowledgeable and friendly. I thought the price was a tad high but I made a trade-off for promptness and professionalism and the confidence I felt in believing the job would be done right.

Mike Harlowe was a real professional with a responsibility for quality in his work. He is extremely dependable, efficient and courteous and masterful in every way. His ability to service/repair many things around the house provides us with a wonderful contractor to call upon as the need arises.

Mike Harlowe was friendly and knowledgeable. He called promptly, came to my house quickly, and repaired my wind-damaged fascia and roof leak quickly and efficiently. The work took about an hour and he later billed me $385 which he said was his standard price per job. I requested that he reconsider the price and he graciously reduced it to $275.

Harlowe is very courteous in professional. He came out the same day to give me an estimate when I called him. And the next day to actually perform repairs. He also fixed several other things around my home. I was very pleased with his efficiency is fair pricing and customer service. I would highly recommend him and plan on using him again for any other Roofing / home repairs I need.

Mike came out saw the problem, quote me a price. I countered and he accepted and he had that work done on the siding and a couple of other things done for me in less than an hour. He is very thorough and quite pleasant to do business with. I will be calling him again.

Mr. Harlowe responded quickly and showed up when he said he would. He was able to complete the work quickly which I really appreciated as it was raining in my kitchen.. Haven't had the weather to test whether the leak has been fixed or not but he seemed confident that he found the problem. Price seemed on the high side but I have nothing to compare it to and he was very quick to respond which is worth a lot. Very personable.
