Mike was very professional and prompt in his service. My only issue is that I think the price of the service was pretty high for the service.

Mike Harlowe came out and looked at my leaky roof. The only reason i give him a 4.5 and not a complete 5 for quality of work is because it's sunny outside now and haven't had a problem. Let's hope the issue is gone!! He was very nice and helpful and he even mentioned my neighbor next to my townhome had the same issues i did. I had some of their shingles laying on my roof! The bad winter storm we had at the beginning of the year damaged both roofs and he gave us a great break for repairing them at the same time. If you're a single woman looking for someone honest, hire this guy. Thanks Mike!

Mike responded very quickly to my request for a quote and spoke with me at length over what work would be needed. I was given an honest quote, not quite as cheap as another I obtained, but I felt more comfortable with his professional manner and assurance of quality. The work was carried out on time, within budget and to a high standard; additionally, the work team left the area spotless. As I type this the rain is falling hard outside and I am dry in the patio room, Consequently I would recommend Harlowe Construction to anyone.

He was on time and was able to do the job on arrival

Not able to get estimates because it was raining and needed leak fixed. He responded quickly and repaired the problem.

Mike was punctual, polite and said he found the cause of my roof leak, repaired it and said the issue was resolved with what he did. He further said if there was any subsequent issue with his repair work, he would come back.

I went with this company because they gave quote under my first pro quote and would do work on spot. Did job in about 20 minutes. I felt need to do right away with prediction of rain for next few days.

I thought he was a bit pricey but he located the problem and fixed it. I was more than willing to pay his price because of the timing involved. Mike said he would send me an itemized invoice which I needed for my real estate closing. That did not happen and was extremely disappointed.

Immediately after I made the request for service through Home Advisor, Mr. Harlowe called me within 1o minutes. He scheduled to come out the next morning to see what was going on with the roof. He quoted me a very fair rate and said he would do his best to get it done by the next day. He actually completed the work on the day the quote was given without me being home to pay for the service when it was completed. He came back the next to get the money and he was a very nice guy. They did a good job. Roof inspection.
