+ -1 moreWell, they did not work out very good. They were not very thorough with the assessment and they were very slow with arranging contractors. The manager was really nice and he gave me a nice quote deductible. I do not think I would give them quite an "A". They could have been a little better. After all the confusion, I just do not think that I would hire them again.
Description of Work: I had a hot water heater rupture and cause damage to the floor in my home. I hired Custom Craft to manage the repair work for me. They hired contractors to repair the floor and damages. They basically had to plan the whole thing out for me.
