Quick to respond with quote, and was a bit lower than the other quote received. C. Massey Plumbing was the only one to come on-site to give quote. Once I advised C. Massey Plumbing that I wanted to hire them, they were very quick to come out and install the water heater. What they promised, they delivered.

Chris responded promptly, explained all the options and helped us decide what would make the best fit for our home. He gave us great pricing with the same warranty as the big companies. They went above and beyond by breaking down concrete foundation in order to get the old unit out and the new hot water heater in, re-patched concrete and didn't even charge us for it! Now that's service.

Chris was professional, thorough and honest. He charged a fair price and gave good advice. I would definately use him again.

Chris called me shortly after I submitted my request. He allowed me to schedule his visit at a date/time that was convenient for me. He called the morning of the appointment to let me know he was enroute and he arrived on time. Chris and his co-worker explained the repairs they were making and they provided the details of the repair as well. When they completed the drain repair they tested the leak to make sure the issue had been corrected, they provided me with a detailed written invoice and advised that the work was warrantied for 1 year. Overall I am very satisfied with the whole process with C. Massey Plumbing.
