Contacted WF Wilson originally to pump the existing tank. Was advised upon the discovery of the old tank and system being the original 60+ year old system and not working correctly anymore to get a repair permit from the county. The county inspector took several weeks to come out and inspect the site. Then a couple of more weeks before I had the actual permit. From there WF Wilson was able to come out and give a quote. When they came out to do the work they did everything in one day and charged me exactly what the quote was.

This was a comedy of errors. In July of 2013 we noticed a possible sewer leak in our back yard. All of our purchase records and our water bill said we were on City of Spindale sewer. The City passed the buck to the County for the break. The County told us that we were on septic tank and it was not their problem. By September of 13 we were able to get determin that we WERE on septic and not sewer like all the paperwork said. It took from 9/13 to 2/14 to get the city and county to agree that it was a sewer system issue. The city forced us to connect to sewer and would not allow us to repair the septic system. WF Wilson got involved in 3/14 and it took less than 40 days for the whole problem to be solved and now we are hooked up to city sewer. They did a great job, were on time, did the work with no input from us. There was no noticeable disruption of service for us. We came home from work and it was done!! The filled in the holes on our lawn and even re-seeded!! I highly recommend WF WIlson for all your septic needs. We will use them in the future if needed.
