My first question was about their charges because I needed to decide when I could afford to have them come out. She told me that they would send me a bill so I didn't have to wait to have the problem treated - yea! He was on time! My house has a narrow crawl space. He crawled under the house to find where the critters were getting under the house, and if there was any type of nest in place. He came back to tell me what he found and recommended . He then placed the poison in strategic locations. I was very impressed that he made sure that our dogs could not get under the house before he even went back under to put down the poison. Before he left he mentioned that his company offered several service plans and that I would be getting a follow-up call from his office to evaluate the service he performed. A lady from their office called the same day to be sure he was on time, professional and performed the service I had requested. She also explained a variety of their service plans. I didn't want to purchase a plan she pleasantly told me to call them if I ever need their services again.

We had rats under the house. They had been in the house, but we seem to have resolved that problem ourselves. The serviceman made sure that our dogs would not have any access to the crawl space. He went under the house and placed poison throughout the crawl space.. While under there he also looked for, and found two probable points of entry by the rats. He placed additional poison at those locations. Before he left he told me that the dogs wouldn't get sick if they encountered a poisoned rat - that it is only first hand exposure to the poison (same for us). He also advised me of what actions to take if either the we or the dogs did have any first hand exposure. He left follow-up information, and explained the fees if any future visits were needed. I had called before 8 a.m., expecting to leave a voice message or at least find out their hours of business. I was pleasantly surprised when he actually answered the phone and scheduled a time for later that day He was on time, neat in appearance and professional. I will use this company if we have further extermination needs.
