Description of Work: They came and checked on our septic tank issue. Every time that we called them they have come out quickly and have gotten things fixed.

I had them out and they charged $285 and did not end up doing any work. They walked around, looked at the water line, talked on their cell phones and never even fixed anything. When we tried to call them back we could not get ahold of them. We had to have another plumber out, who fixed the problem for $220. I would have been happy to pay the price for them to fix the problem, but they never ended up fixing it.
Description of Work: We had our water shut off for the winter and when we turned it back on, we had no water. They came out to help us and never even fixed our problem.
