It was horrid. A.d when the man came to the house to look at the job he stood in the middle of the yard s reaming in my husband's face untill I we t outside a d pulled the owners wife off to shoiw her what I was talking about. She came back with another boy and cleaned up and fixed the issues but that man was again still stand g i. Fro t of my home and business scream g and a to g a fool. Mist disgusting display of unprofessional I have ever seen. No way would I recommend these people or hire them again..

The job seemed ok at first, however I had to insist they cut-in and connect bathroom exhaust ducts. I had to supply my own seals for ridge vents (keeps bugs etc. out of attic). They grudgingly added the ridge seal. Shortly after the installation I called them back to repair leaks. They did come and spent some time on the leaks. That (fix) did not stop the leaks so I called them again. On 3-10-13 a different contractor came out and shot in a number of screws and added some caulk. This effort to stop the leaks was once again of now help. I have called both Paul Wolfcale and Danny Smith several times since then with no response. There is now damage to drywall and no response from the owners. I have filed with the Better Business Bureau and now with Angie's List. I hope this saves others time and money.

Now the roof is leaking in about five different spots and the caulking is coming loose.

Aaron and Paul came out to my house and did an estimate. They showed up right on time and were very honest in how they would approach the window replacements. They offered suggestions on how I might save money without sacrificing quality. They did rough measurement of the windows and then worked up a price that was very good and I decided to move forward with them. The windows they use are Wincore Windows and from what I can tell they are a very good vinyl replacement window which is what we were looking for. The windows were custom made. Paul was very diligent in making sure he had the right measurements. We had to make a minor change in a window configuration and he sent one of his guys out to re-measure to make sure we would have a good fit. That paid off with a smooth installation. The windows took about a week (not including the Thanksgiving holiday) to be made and come in. Paul worked around my calendar to have them installed at my convenience. He even offered to do it on a Saturday or Sunday if needed. Rodney and Bob were the guys that did the installation. They were very conscientious in their work and made sure things were done right. Aaron also stopped by to make sure the job was going as planned. I am very happy with the windows and installation and plan to get other windows done next year. These are good people that do good work. I would recommend them.

Anybody that wants to see it can come and see the work then judge for themselves. I am continually fighting leaks in my roof and I will not use them again in the future.

Stay away from this company! It has been nothing but a headache working with them!! All the doors and windows that they have put in. Several of the windows and doors were the wrong size and had to be re ordered , replaced, or just "made to work". This company was refereed to us by a friend. It has almost been a year, the roof they put on leaks around the chimney, there is no caulking in many of the windows, they ruined our yard, I am still picking up debris from the work. On the kitchen door they installed a door too small so they built up the door jam on the floor so you trip over it when walking in. There are holes in the screens and the company has only come out once and recaulked the roof, but it still leaks.
