Overall, a great experience. Communication was prompt, they showed up when they said they would, which is unusual for most contractors. Price charged was in-line with our expectations. They cleaned up the site before leaving and arraigned for the dumpster to be brought in and removed when finished. First contact and impression was okay, not as impressive as some other sales pitches, but they know what they are doing and they do it.

I give Roof Monkeys five stars. They did a great job and both Kevin and his team were very congenial. He is A one.

Kevin came out after a January storm to assess a substantial roof leak around my chimney. This area had been problematic since the house was built and had had at least 2 previous repair attempts that failed. This time the entire area around the chimney was replaced, including a new metal cricket, and the whole chimney chase rebuilt. I'm confident this repair will work and last. All work was done very professionally, scheduled so that once they started they continued until done (with temporary sealing until work started), and everything cleaned up afterward. They were very good about communicating about scheduling. Roof Monkeys was one of the best improvement/repair contractors I've ever dealt with.

They did a fantastic job! I have nothing but high praise. They were very thorough, complete, and the price was right on point. We're extremely pleased. They offer a 10 year guarantee, as well.
