+ 0 moreThey were basically very nice. They ran a credit check, which was kind of ridiculous. They were fine and my service was turned on when it was suppose to be turned on. I don’t have any complains with them there. I can do everything online which is nice.

+ -1 moreI think they are in Atlanta or something, but they have their maintenance guys up here. It's like the biggest utility around. They are pretty good. They were probably here for about an hour. I didn't spend anything as it was a part of their service. They've referred an electrician to us. They were right here in half an hour after we called them. Their price was great for maintenance service. I guess it's part of my monthly bill. Their quality of work was very good. They were fast. Their punctuality was good. Their professionalism was very good. We would use them again and we are limited because it's the only electric power company around.
Description of Work: Progress Energy came out on the 27th of January to check some electricity problems that we had. They did some investigation on some electrical problems. It wasn’t energy efficient after they checked everything up for an hour. They figured it was something inside the house so there’s going to be another electrician guy coming out tomorrow.
