Description of Work: Duckett checked hot water heater that wasn't providing hot water. He checked thermostat and found wasn't working. Put in new one. Heater worked. |We called back next day and said still not functioning properly. Duckett came back and replaced the other thermostat. Heater now working fine.

Description of Work: Mr. Duckett was very punctual. When I called he came as soon as he finished his other call. He discovered the source of the leak under my kitchen sink, & replaced the bad section of pipe, & did not have to replace my kitchen disposal, as I feared. He has done several other plumbing jobs for me. He has always been friendly, professional, efficient, & honest. I recommend him to everyone.
