He is very professional. He is meticulous and is easy to work with. He comes on time and does great work.

I called Patrick and asked him if he worked in our subdivision, Mountain Valley, and he said that he does a lot of work there. I described to Patrick that I needed a tub drain repaired and to replace 2 external hose bibs. Patrick gave me an appointment time, he showed up right on time, worked quickly and efficiently, and the invoice was exactly what he had promised. Excellent service!! Patrick was knowledgeable and completed the repairs we needed in a quick and efficient manner. Patrick even made an adjustment of a toilet that was running on and he didn't even charge for that adjustment. I'd highly recommend Patrick for any plumbing need!

Duane explained in detail all that was happening, and gave advice as to what to do. Overall, I was impressed with his experience and knowledge. I will not hesitate to hire him for future projects.

I love Duane Duckett. He gets called in when I have to reseat toilets or do any major leaks. I can fix cartridges and sinks and replace shower handles and stuff like that. If there is a leak or an issue with the water heater, Duane gets the call. I have a really old rental property so we probably had to replace some stems and a couple of faucets and showers. He has done everything. I have one property that had been neglected for years before we even got it so the poor guy has to fix everything that the last owner tried to fix himself. He goes with me from place to place. Duane is one of these nice people, like a good old country boy and honest as the day is long. In my case, I think he probably doesn't charge what he is worth. He definitely looks at trying to fix things according to code but in the most economical way possible. He is not going to come in and recommend that you tear everything out and start all over to get the entire place up to code. He looks at what he has got, he makes the fix according to code, he checks out to be sure that everything is working properly, and he certainly tests to make sure everything is working properly. He is not trying to sell you the goods. With this one property that I have, he could probably come in and say that I need to sink several thousands of dollars and have him replumb the whole thing. He probably knows that it's not going to happen. He will let me know what the trade-offs are for dealing with a repair one way versus another. He has always done a great job for me. If for some reason he has to come back and fix something again, he does. When it comes to an old building, sometimes when you tinker with one part of the plumbing it causes a problem in another part of the plumbing. He is a great guy. He is great for working on older properties. He can certainly do new plumbing. His greatest value is that he can work on older properties. He has seen a lot of this stuff that hasn't been installed for years. He knows how to fix it and knows how to find parts. He is just a good old country boy. If he says he is going to show up, he shows up. He always calls me when he is on his way so we don't waste a whole lot of time. He is self-employed and he knows he is going to be crawling under houses. The only area where I probably ding him is that some people will show up in their little uniforms. He doesn't show up in a uniform. If he has been crawling under houses he might look messy, but I don't care because I don't like to crawl under a house. He is not afraid to crawl under a house. There are a lot of guys that won't do it. This poor guy had to go to the hospital one time because he crawled under this place and got covered with poison ivy and missed a few days of work. This was my property and I felt horrible. He just said that they were the hazards of his job. He is just a good old boy. I love him because he has bailed me out literally. He has bailed me out in a couple of leaking places. The only thing I would just ding him on is his appearance. He has always fit me in in-between people. He met me on a Sunday to fix something and didn't charge me weekend rates. I just love him. I don't think that my comments on his appearance would really be a big surprise to him. We have joked about it before, especially when he has to crawl in and out under stuff.

Duane was at our house right on time and was very personable and professiona l He completed all jobs plus additional jobs with quality and conscientionness. Duane worked h****** the jobs for over 3 hours. We would hire him again and we would enthusiastically reccomend him to others

Called this morning because of a leaky toilet tank & he arrived within an hour. Mr. Duckett arrived with what was needed to fix it & we had him also replace the same cheap hose on our other toilet to avoid a similar problem. He didn't charge extra. We will use his services again if we have any other plumbing problems.

He arrived at my house a few minutes before my appointment and finished the job in the time he told me it would take. I found him on Angie's List and was very pleased with his work, punctuality, and price. I've already told some people about him. A good plumber that responds quickly is really hard to find.

Very well! Mr. Duckett was timely, neat in his work, respectful, and personable. He was knowledgeable about how to work on our 1955 fixtures, saving us from ripping the shower tiling out to make the repairs. We were very pleased with his work, as well as his fee.

I called first thing in the morning. He was able to come out the same morning. My kitchen faucet needed replacing. So, we went shopping together at Lowe's to find someting that I would like. He knew the good quality brands and had some good recommendations. He completed the job quickly and was very nice. He did all of it for a reasonable price. He even unclogged the drain in my teenager's bathroom while he was here! I highly recommend him.

He was excellent in all respects, handled a difficult connect (depth of the new sink was different from the old one) and it was not something that he expected when he arrived because I did not know to mention this to him when I arranged for the appointment. He was very fair on his pricing, and a genuine helpful person. When I contacted him, he let me know when he could see me and he showed up when he said he would come. I consider him to be "my plumber."

The repairs took about a day. He was prompt and courteous. We went over all the details and he came up with a price and time, to which I hired him on the spot. I would hire him again for future repairs.

He was very prompt to come out. He did the work immediately. He was very prompt and very responsive. He didn't even charge me. He put the same toilet in the floor. It actually wasn't his fault. The original base of the toilet is not made correctly so he had to do major work. He fastened it up to the floor this time. I am pretty happy with it. He stands behind his work. He is fast and he is reasonably priced.

The plumber was scheduled for 9:00am. He showed up at 9:45am. We are a little out of the way so that seemed acceptable. He immediately went to work and worked fast. He had to cut the bolts off our old toilet due to rust buildup. Everything went smooth from start to finish and I haven't had any problems with the work. He even carted away our old toilet for us. He had additional parts when needed and paid attention to details on cleanup and attaching sink cables neatly to wall under vanity.

We could not have asked for a better plumber He checked out our water heater and determined we needed a new water pressure gauge. He saw that our pressure was way too high. The first new gauge he put in was faulty so he had to go out and get a new one. When he returned h replaced the old pressure gage which took care of the problem. He then quickly fixed our toilet. He was here 2 hours. I couldn't be more satisfied. I will use him again.

We had a hard time with what we had to do, but the plumber was persistent. He was very involved and very good.

He and I spoke over the phone initially and he told me what he thought problem could possibly be. He gave me a price range for the repair. He wanted to come right away because he was in the area but unfortunately I couldn't have him come right then. He called as soon as he had an opening. He was kind, helpful, honest and worked quickly and neatly. He showed me all of the damaged pipes and advised me about avoiding this happening again in the future. I will be recommending him to all of my friends and will give his information to our HOA as a very reliable service person. Thank you for everything!

I called to report the broken drain, and Duane was able to schedule an appointment the same afternoon. He was waiting for me at the rental property when I arrived, and quickly diagnosed the problem. As this was an older property (circa 1960?), the drain required some custom fitting, which he was able to provide. In addition, he brought a fixture leak to my attention which could have caused addtional damage. While he repaired the drain, I purchased a new fixture which he installed at same appointment. Again, I have used Duane at many rental properties (and my personal residence). He stands behind his work and is a very pleasant person with whom to do business.

Mike is amazing. He is my plumbing hero. He really knows his stuff, is fair and honest, and he isn't afraid to tackle a really difficult, uncomfortable, claustrophobic job. He has done two jobs for us now and I wouldn't use anyone else. I just cannot praise him enough.
