Description of Work: Mr. Zeller was contracted to fix a leaking bath tub faucet in a bathroom. Mr. Zeller was very prompt and professional, however he had to make 3 trips before he got the right part. That resulted in a larger than expected labor charge to fix the leaking faucet. In fact we were charged 4 hours labor. Regardless of whether this was labor or travel time, we were not informed in advance.
