Not well. The plumber had no assistant. The water heater had to be moved to a basement equipment room that is difficult to get to. He disconnected the old water heater before attempting to move the new unit to the basement. Then his 2 wheel hand truck had a flat tire, he could not use to mover the unit to the basement. I called a friend to help us move it and with a great deal of trouble we managed to get it to the basement. When he connected the electrical power to the new unit, he must have shorted the connections somehow, because the unit failed to heat water. He had to come out again to trouble shoot the problem and acquire new parts to replace the damaged ones. So far the unit seems to be working properly.

He was very responsive and lit the pilot and tightened the ignitor. I was very pleased with his service and would highly recommend him. Mr. Zeller was very responsive when we had an exterior plumbing line dramatically rupture after freezing. Because the house was new to us and we were unable to locate the shutoff valve, we had to turn off the water at the main. Mr. Zeller patiently went through the house with my husband looking for the shutoff valve, which he found in an unusual location. The ruptured pipe will be repaired when we return in the spring.

Besides just replacing the toilet, he was thoughtful enough to get a high-rise one that is much easier for my handicapped husband to use--without us even knowing one existed.

We've used him quite a few times and he's excellent. He's honest and I think his price is very fair. He's just a really nice guy.
