Once the plan was decided on, the work was beautifully done in a timely manner. John's professional crew outlined garden paths, laid brick pavers according to the design plan, installed a sprinkler system, planted about 75 miniature boxwoods and 12 large ones, plus holly and crepe myrtle trees. Lighting was also installed. I wanted white oyster shells on the garden paths, which were not available locally, but John was able to get them from another state. Members of the crew were pleasant, efficient, and seemed to enjoy their work. The garden was perfect on the day it was finished and, because of its basic design, continues to please me and everyone who sees it.

The whole process started in 2005 and continued for years. I believe that they are not in the landscape business any more. The design was outstanding, but the implementation left a lot to be desired. Many of the trees and bushes have had to be replaced as they did not thrive.

John is in hight demand so I'm glad we contacted him as early as we did! He was prompt & punctual with an initial estimate visit, and with follow-up drawings of his proposal. He was able to coordinate his start time with our Deck contractor, so there was very little "down-time" between the decks and the hardscaping. John's crew are hard working, respectfull, punctual, and neat. They always cleaned up at the end of the day. Given the scope of the job, I'd say he finished in near-record time, and did so without and "hurry-up" loss of guality.

He is outstanding and he supervises the work. He is a friend of mine and I've known him all my life. I have watched him build his business from two lawn mowers and a weed eater to being an award winning landscape architect. He is not cheap but I get what I pay for. I wouldn't use anybody else.
