Andy was super responsive and was able to quote me and do the agreed upon work all within a couple days. Most responsive of any of the companies I contacted (over 5 different companies called).

They contacted me immediately and we set a date and time for a appointment to get a quote and then they never showed up or called. I took time off work to be home for the appointment and not only did they not show but they didn’t contact me at all to give a reason for not showing, that to me is a red flag I would not recommend this company to anyone

Andy was very professional and honest. If I could give an A+ in the reviews I would. He handled the situation in a way that made us feel at ease. He eliminated the mold and had great subcontractors complete the plumbing and replacement of drywall. We would definitely hire him again.

I would highly recommend Andy and his services. We have been having severe moisture issues in our crawl space. After experiencing issues just getting someone to come out and look at the issue or very high prices, Andy called us right away and was able to schedule an appointment the following day. He was thorough and honest in his assessment of the issues. He went above and beyond what was asked and walked our property to point out other areas of concern and things we can do to help mitigate water issues. When it was time to do the work, he was on time and worked really hard to ensure all the mold in the crawl space was taken care of and replaced damaged installation. He came back with his team to install the dehumidifier as soon as it arrived. Once completed, he reviewed exactly what he did in detail, explained the new unit and left things neat and tidy. His pricing was also the lowest we received and far below what we expected to pay. I will absolutely call him if I need additional work done and would recommend him to anyone. Now I just need to convince him to do electrical and plumbing and he'd be the only person we hire. Thank you Andy!

Andy and his employee (I can't remember his name) were extremely pleasant, professional and and a true expert in his field. his work was done professionally, punctual and is a very pleasant person. The pricing was very reasonable and he worked very well with us to eliminate our damp cellar problems. I would not hesitate to recommend this firm and would definitely have them return for any future repairs!! Excellent job!!

I have used this company before and have always had quality work performed. I contacted Andy, the owner, and explained what I needed. I gave him all the details and he quoted me a price by e-mail. Since the job was a little distance away I tried to explain everything so he wouldn't have to travel up there before hand. We agreed on a price and set a date. We had to reschedule a couple of times and he was very accommodating. They showed up on the agreed upon date and time and performed the work. They were very professional and did a little more than we had talked about without a price increase. I have had him do a lot of work for me in the past and will again in the future. At times Andy can be a little hard to get a hold of at times but it's normally because he stays pretty busy and he's worth working with.

The basement is dirt and only about 1/4 of it was dug out. so about 3/4 of their work was done in a crawl space. Hard, dirty work! They did a great job and were incredibly pleasant and easy to have around. The job took 4 days, one whole day to clean the space out. Andy and his niece and nephew (?) did a fantastic job. Andy also found and repaired some heat ducts that were faulty (torn at seams)

I called and left messages, over a couple of months. I may have left as many as 20 messages. They never called me back. They may have been overrun with business; however, they could have set their voicemail recording to say they were not taking new clients. Or they could have called me back and said so.

Hendersonville Insulating & Restoration was recommended to me by the home inspector who discovered what he suspected was black mold in a house we were purchasing in Laurel Park. Andy (the owner) came and did a thorough assessment with detailed photos, followed by a remediation plan and estimate. He and his crew showed up on time and completed what turned out to be an extensive remediation of black mold. He removed affected carpeting & padding, removed the moldy baseboard and sheetrock and cleaned the underlying framing which was also affected by the mold. The entire crew was pleasant to work with and among the hardest workers I've had the pleasure of watching. When Andy left the jobsite, I felt my new home had been made safe for me to live in. I would highly recommend his services! Note on Section Below: Location Where Work Was Performed: I've listed the services as having been performed at the "location of the provider" to protect the privacy of my home address, which was the only other option I could choose in the dropdown menu. However, the services were obviously performed at my house which is located in what is commonly known as "Upper" Laurel Park; very close to Fleetwood Plaza Condos and Jump Off Rock.

Two of my neighbors recommended Andy to me. I am a new home owner and I wanted my crawl space checked for mold and to check my vapor barrier and insulation. Andy promptly returned my call and scheduled a home inspection. I was expecting that he would recommend lots of improvements. To my amazement he said it looked good but the builders didn't complete the insulation under the floor boards. Instead of the $2000 I was expecting he gave me an estimate for only $375! He arrived promptly on the scheduled time and proceeded to complete the necessary work. A few minutes after he arrived he located me and asked if I was running any water. Yes, my wash machine. He said there was a crack in the PVC and there was a small puddle. He checked my machine's location and said it was the cold water hose. Now that is southern service! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to my family and friends.

We were pleased with the work, and have had reasonable utility bills since the work was complete for a home this size and age, so we take that as a sign of a successful insulating job. The insulators showed up on time, were easy to schedule, and answered my questions regarding the work. They offered input as to the cost-effectiveness of various forms of insulation which was helpful in our decision-making process.
