 + -1 moreI can't remember the gentleman's name but he found what was wrong and even took the part that was not working to see if it was still under warranty. Previously had different come several times and heat pump would only work for a while then quit again. The part was under warranty so we were only charged for labor. They took care of all the warranty stuff for us. We will be using General Heating and Air Conditioning for our future servicing and needs.
Description of Work: Heat pump not working- a part was not working.
