Bert King is part owners of this company. We hired him to built a home. He failed to tell us he was not a licensed contractor. He walked of the job before it was complete over quality of works issues. Left us with huge erosion problems and thousand of dollars of his work that has to be redone. Started home July 2017 and still not complete. He is an ex Marine, but has no honor or integrity. We did not do our research about this man. Thought we could trust him, being an ex Marine and our neighbor. He led us to believe he was a contractor. Expected to have a home built without us having to help out for the last 10 month and provide him with our power tools. He never told us that he and one other person would be doing the majority of construction. He failed to let professionals do some of the work and consequently it is costing us dearly. We are still dealing with issues he left us with. Took all his took and walked of the job one evening without a word. This was a cost plus job. We paid for every nail, drill bit, screw, etc. Paid for labor as soon as we were presented for the bill. This ex Marine said we were too picky because we wanted him to redo fascia that looked horrible (see photo). Told us he has built million dollars homes in Kenmure and no one has ever complained. Less
