Mike and his crew called right away. They came timely to look at project. After quote was accepted they began the work the next week. They were careful with my property and cleaned up each day. They finished when promised and they did a great job. Mike is very knowledgeable and I would highly recommend him for your tile job

Mike was amazing. I got a call each morning letting me know he was on the way and about what time he would be there. He and Sammy came in, made sure the hardwood floors were protected and did a nice job cleaning up at the end of each work day. The quality of work was very well done. He was flexible when our stone was not in as expected. Over all I will call on Mike again if I ever need anything tile/ stone related work to be done. Excellent group to work with. Honest, fair, easy to communicate with and a pleasure to work with!

Mike easily diagnosed the source of our problem and its remedy. Project took a little longer than anticipated, but that was not a real concern. I believe the installation of a new shower pan and drain and retiling the lower portion of our shower makes a recurrence extremely unlikely.,

Mike was very helpful in offering design ideas and navigating challenges to achieve a truly custom look. We highly recommend them.

They were extremely professional, communications were excellent and accurate, they completed our massive and challenging tile install quickly and it looks amazing. Working with Mike was a great experience. This is the real deal.

I contacted Mike under duress when a former subcontractor bailed on me mid-project. Mike was incredibly accommodating and did everything in his power to help me meet my deadline and compensate for the lack of professionalism from my former tile guy. He gave me two of his best men and expedited the completion of the project a very timely manner. The project was also very complex as it was a historic building with very few proper angles or Plum lines. Several surfaces were Mosaic tiles which are very time consuming andrequire extreme attention to detail. I'm extremely satisfied with the end result and can't recommend Mike and his team enough. You will pay them a fair price but you are getting an exceptional product which should last you the lifetime of your home. I feel they are a great value, if you're paying less you're probably getting a subpar product.

Work was good at first, but started to fall apart after a couple of months. He said he would come fix it, but never got back to me. I have not been able to contact him since.

Steve did an excellent job of installing our kitchen backsplash. Mike went out of his way to help. This company is the real deal!

Mike and his crew were absolutely wonderful! We met Mike and knew instantly he would be great to work with, and we were right! From start to finish, he treated us with professionalism, respect and always kept us informed about the job progress and asked for our input on any aspects of the job. His team tiled our bathroom floor, shower and garden tub and the results are truly beautiful. We especially loved having Randy and Damien work their expertise on our job, they are total pros. We would use Mike and his team again in a heartbeat!! And would recommend to anyone looking for quality, professional tiling.
