Apparently they broke the glass and never told me!! then tryed to pass off a new piece and never said anything when I picked it up, didn't fit anyway.After I complained they offered my money back which wasn't the point.Very disappointed and will never go back.When restoring antiques old glass is hard to come by, but they don't seem to understand that. I thought they would have been more professional.

Not well. Despite paying $1121 (paid 50% deposit on 6/10/19) for the doors and installation (installed on 6/28/19) and calling them several times to let them know about leaks, the doors are still leaking water onto to the floor/tile. The techs have come back twice and each time they test for leaks and admit doors are leaking water onto floor and they do something they say might solve problem but to call back if leak continues. The last time techs were here to attempt a repair was 8/23/19. He told me Accurate Glass office would call me. That was almost 7 weeks ago -- no one has called yet. Just FYI, the repair attempts are not scheduled ahead of time. The techs call when they finish a job and if you are not at home or can't be there in 10 minutes, they say they will call again -- date unknown. I was able to accommodate their last minute calls every time but once.

On time, to quote and spec. They are a good honest company without frills or gimmicks. Just good work at a good price. I will continue to use them for my glass needs.

Work was done fast and efficiently. They were able to take out the frame of the window and do the glass replacement outside. No mess, no hassle. Plus replacement glass comes with a lifetime guarantee. I have used Accurate Glass previously to install glass shower stall and that also was done very professionally.

After interviewing 4 glass companies decided to use Accurate Glass, because they seemed to have a good understanding of what would be needed (like accurate measurements) and offered the Diamon Fusion product to protect glass. I had serval discussions with Tommy regarding their experience with frameless shower door and their installation. Also, exactly how reliable the Diamon Fusion product was and what maintenance would be required. He assured me maintenance was easy simply washing off door after showering and then every couple weeks using a shower puff to clean off soap scum. My final reason for choosing Accurate Glass was that I felt they would stand by their product and if there was a problem down the road they could be relied on to fix it. They required a 50% deposit and promised that the installation would be about 21/2 weeks from receiving the deposit. Normally, I would not pay that much for a deposit, but since they were recommended on Angies list and this was a custom job I paid it. It took a little longer than the 21/2 weeks, but once a date was set they came on time and installed the door. When they left their parting words was call us, if you have any problems. Very nice to hear. As time went by I did encounter a problem with the Diamon Fusion product. Even though we performed the required maintenance the soap scum built up and could not be removed by scrubbing with the puff. I called Accurate Glass and an appointment was set for someone to come out and clean the glass. Evidently, the product (though it has a lifetime guarantee) must be reapplied. There is a powder that is in the maintenance kit that they will leave you, that must be buffed on the glass. .The gentlemen they sent was very nice and did an excellent job of getting the glass sparkling clean again. He showed my husband how to reapply the Diamon Fusion powder to keep the glass from clouding up. Probably needs reapplying every 4- 6 months. While he was there he noticed that our shower sweep was looking cloudy and arranged for a new one to be delivered. All this was done at no charge. As he was leaving again, I heard the those same sweet words, call us if you have any problems. I would highly recommend Accurate Glass. They will deliver a quality product and you can rely on them to stand by it.

Had two conversations with scheduler--one call to assure that company had expertise to complete the work (the door needed to be installed by drilling into a new porcelain tile surround), the second call to confirm my understanding of the possible charges associated with our job. We were called prior to the arrival time to give us an update on if when the workers might arrive, according to how well previous jobs were going. I appreciated this. The workers arrived on time to the scheduled appointment and they went to their work immediately. I greatly appreciated this, as we were bring charged by an hourly rate. I did not sense any difficulty with our installation, though, I know that the doors I purchased are extremely heavy. The drilling into our tile was handled quickly, expertly, and cleanly. Once the work was completed, the installer(s) cleaned the work area, cleaned the glass doors, caulked thoroughly and well (as the caulk-lines were even and clean--a pet peeve of mine), and then they presented me with the bill. The total time it took to do the work was 1.5 hours (as my husband and I had started the process, but soon realized that we were ill-equipped to lifting the doors onto the shower tracks). Using this company saved our backs, and a strain on our wallet had we attempted the work and damaged/shattered the tempered glass. I would recommend this provider, and will consider using them again when we tackle another future bath remodel.

It turned out beautifully. Other companies would not do frameless glass. But they completed it for me. Tommy was the one who finally agreed to it.

Visited the store with dimensions and concept. Owner was very knowledgeable about product and options. Walked away with product selection, sketch of project, and estimate. Estimator came to the house a few days later and suggested a few good changes. Owner called shortly thereafter and said he could hold to estimate (less than Lowe's) and we said go...two weeks later installers pit it in on one day and they were friendly, competent , and worked hard. Would highly recommend them

Very courteous over the phone; answers quickly and always return my calls. Estimator is also an experienced installer; showed up on time; he had great recommendations. He assured me that if his company cracked any tiles, they would be responsible for the repair/replacement. Installers, including the estimator showed up on time. It took them about four hours. They did a fantastic job. You cannot even see the clear silicone caulk. The seams are almost invisible. The gap in the door is very small and perfectly straight, square and flush. Fantastic job !!! Note well: Make sure you confirm with any installer who is responsible for any breakage.

I'd describe my experience with Accurate Glass as a "mixed" bag. We wanted oversized (higher than normal) glass for our custom shower. The job was ultimately resolved to my satisfaction but it took multiple visits to make it so. It should be noted that Accurate Glass was courteous throughout the process. My first issue has to do with the estimator's process. We didn't get a detailed estimate clearly spelling out their costs, we got a rough, hand written piece of paper. I'd call it a "guess-timate". The installer also didn't recommend 3/8" glass, which I now would absolutely recommend to avoid that 1/4" flimsy, wobbly glass flexing feeling that scares you to death every time you open or close the doors. Anyway they first installed 1/4" glass which we became uncomfortable with due to the glass flexing. So we worked out an additional charge for 3/8" glass. They did not charge me for tear down and reinstallation. They came out a 2nd time, took down the 1/4" and reinstalled the new 3/8". Big improvement. BUT there was a bottom edge gasket gap (not supposed to be there) a bottom frame edge leak and the main door was out of level causing the door to drift away the wall/frame edge which resulted in water splashing outside the door. They came out a 3rd time. They told me the gasket gap was insignificant to the performance of the door so we decided to leave it as is. They did re-silicone the frame and re-adjust the door by adding a clear plastic guide. Bottom line: the whole process was a little "kludgey". I think the 2nd install was not quite right. The corrective actions they performed on the 3rd visit still seems to be working. Like I said: it was a mixed experience that ended with acceptable results. It just took a lot of time and effort to get there.

Replaced old glass shower stall with more modern frameless brushed-nickel stall. Company had an opening to provide an estimate the day I called and sent out a rep. The same rep that did the estimate measuring was responsible for the installation. The actaul installation was about a week later. While the estimate was not cheap, I got what I paid for in quality! The techs doing the install were very professional and clean in accomplishing their work. The beveled glass was cut perfectly and installed with very close clearances. Every experience with this company was a pleasant one!!

They were very professional and very prompt. The work they did was well thought out and completed. I was satisfied with the entire process.
