Window Gang

I have had Window Gang clean my windows a couple of times prior. They did a great job and charged a fair price. This time I added gutter cleaning and pressure washing. My mistake was in assuming they would always charge a fair price even without an estimate. I was charged over $700 just for pressure washing. I’ve never been charged anywhere close to that figure. So learn from my mistake and always get an estimate or you might be gouged like I was.

Quick responsive but wish they had wiped off the streaks on the front of the gutters a bit better !!

I was not home or expecting them that day, but they came and did an excellent job.

These guys did great work! Gave me a quote over the phone, very polite. Showed up 30 minutes early and completed our entire house in less than an hour and half. Moved all our pets outdoor water and food bowls for us that we forgot and moved all our potted plants and flags. They put everything back were it wash when finished and had me walk around to inspect before they left. Very friendly, and made the house look like new again. I will not hesitate to use this company again!

They did a great job. They were a little expensive though. We compared their price with other companies and their price is at least a dollar higher and we got 36 windows.

Our windows are sparkling! The two men arrived promptly and got to work. There were several windows that were difficult to reach, even with their extension ladder, and one of the men, Chris, figured out a way to clean them. My husband and I were impressed with Chris's professional manner, and we noted that he takes great pride in his work. (This was the Window Gang out of Morehead City, 252-726-1463.)

The office staff did not communicate well with the workers. The price she quoted me was a lot lower than than what I was charged once they came out. They only did half of the work and they wanted to charged me a lot more. The office staff was also very difficult to get a hold of and it took me months to get back in contact. They only contacted me because I filed a complaint with the BBB too. It took me several months before they would refund my money.

I originally complained about my pressure washing service. The owner called and I told him what was wrong. He agreed to come back and fix the problem area. They came today and I am very happy now with the job done. I would now grade the company with an A straight across the board. You don't find many companies these days that stand behind their work. If you have any work that needs to be done, please call Window Gang. You won't be sorry.

We're very happy with the work done by the Window Gang. They arrived promptly and quickly got to work, making sure to be careful with landscaping, screens, outdoor furniture, etc. They worked for several hours and everything looks great. We have a few patios and walkways that do not drain well, which was problem when we pressure-washed ourselves because of the amount of water used. The used a "scrubber" with minimal water to clean the surfaces and then did the final pressure wash and pushed off any residual water. Looks very professional. They carefully removed and reinstalled all of our window screens to wash the glass thoroughly.

It went well. The two gentlemen from Tony Sullivan's business showed up on time. They introduced themselves and then went right to work on a hot July afternoon. They worked hard clearing the roof of debris before working on the gutters, thoroughly. They worked around the entire perimeter of my home and garage before cleaning up the debris on the ground. They did a fine job and accepted an Angie's List $10.00 (off) coupon at the conclusion. So, the final bill was $110.00 for their work. All in all, I understand why this company is one of the highest rated on Angie's List (in this region) for their line of work. They're good, and I'll use them again, no doubt.

That worked out great. I thought they did a wonderful job. They did a really good job. They didn't mess up the inside of the house at all. They were very clean and very professional. It was very good. They're very nice people. It was reasonable.

They did an excellent job. I called some other companies and everyone was either I would have to leave a message, they wouldn't call me back, or when I did speak to someone they said it would be 2 or 3 weeks before they could come out. When I called Window Gang they were very responsive, the gentleman answered the phone, and he would be out the next day and he did. When he came out he said they could schedule me within the next 2 or 3 days, and he did. They even followed back up with me after the technicians finished to inquire if I was satisfied or if anything needed any additional attention, and I thought that was superior.

Great! Tony did an excellent job and I booked an appointment for window washing in November 2014. So happy to have a reputable service as this one in Fayetteville.
