Ugarte Painting and Construction

This turned into a nightmare. I chose Victor because he came across as professional and articulate. However, he did not complete the work we agreed upon and was very unprofessional. He did not show up on time. He destroyed my hardwood floors. He painted primer over mildew and paint chips. He applied paint in places on my metal drip edge and awning that should not have been painted. He also lied about the types of insurance he holds. He was at my home over a three day period but only was working for about a day and a half. He ended leaving the work site to start another job and has not come back to complete the work we had a agreed upon. I do not recommend anyone else use Victor or his company.

Victor and his crew were very professional, and a pleasure to have in my home. They are very honest and trustworthy. Everything was done to my picky specifications. I like that they had a nice sense of humor while they were working as well. Victor worked with me on the payments for the work by paying a little at the time until I had it all paid for. They went above and beyond to make me happy with the work that was done in my home. I would highly recommend them to anyone who has some painting, construction, or any other work done around their house that you just cannot get done on that honey do list. :)
