Two Men and A Truck

Their price was reasonable, however, after them doing a walk through for the inventory they should have sent two trucks instead of one. They didn't have enough space on their truck so we had to go back and forth like yo-yo's with our cars (which made a stressful day even more stressful). More importantly though, they damaged our dishwasher front and a hallway wall. I had the moving guys sign that they did the damage and then they lied to their bosses that it even happened. They dented it in several places and there was newly chipped off paint to prove it on the kitchen floor! Plus I was able to provide pictures (and a home inspection) to prove there was no damage before. This wasn't enough for this company and they unbelievably denied the claim. I am disgusted by their dishonesty. The new owners saw the home for the first time the day before they moved in and they certainly saw that the dishwasher was in perfectly good order before that. I did have two rust marks on either side but that was all. Also, they tried to refuse to remove our fridge because it wouldn't fit through the front door so we removed the door ourselves (something you would have thought they were used to doing on a daily basis). The fridge was in the initial inventory being moved. I will never recommend them to anyone. The communication as far as the dishwasher damage claim was also poor and slow. I had to chase them up instead of them being diligent.

Professional, courteous, on time. Couldn't have been more pleased on both ends of the move. Will definitely use this company again if any other moves are necessary. Flat rate was a little expensive, but wanted to use the best and got it.

They were reasonable, polite and on time. They wrapped all of my furniture and placed it where I wanted it.
