Townsend was prompt in providing estimate and completing work, but I developed problems (loose shingles, leaks) and called them 4 times and never had anyone come to repair. Another company repaired and indicated that rather than nailing the shingles, Townsend stapled them. I would not recommend this company.

Excellent. Called a different company to schedule an appt, they did not show, did not return calls. Called Townsend Roofing for an estimate, and Greg Townsend came out that very day and provided a detailed list of what was wrong with the roof, as well as how to fix it and the methods, estimated time the project would take.
Description of Work: Provided an estimate on complete removal and replacement of our entire roof. Included plywood flooring and sheathing as well as shingles.
