I own a home in Fayetteville and made contact with the company based on Angie's reviews and ratings. Sent an email and received a response from Eve stating that he wasn't taking more clients at this time but could at a later date. Since my place wouldn't be available until a few months down the road, she recommended I contact Tom. I asked how to make contact and she gave me the same email address she was responding to me on. So sent another note. No reply from Tom on the email, so I called. Tom called back and we had a great discussion and he said he could manage the place based on the house availability. I asked him to send me copy of the contract for review. He said he would and that was the end of the discussion. That conversation was on May 1st. Sent an email reminder that day and another 8 June. Have not heard from him since. Not sure if there is a disconnect between Eve who appears to be managing the email for the company and Tom who appears to be running the business, or if Tom changed his mind on managing the house. Either way, I've lost precious time waiting on a non-responsive company. Can't rate the quality of Tom's rental management service as we didn't get that far. Perhaps this is a good thing. Would have been nice if he simply told me that he changed his mind and didn't want to manage the house...

Very upfront and honest. Bends over backwards to help the homeowner find a good quality tenant. Very active and does not sugar coat negatives for the homeowner. Extremely knowledgable. Reasonable fee.

This man is great. I've had 1 or 2 rental properties for over 30 years. Early on I discovered that an absentee landlord must have a rental management service in the local area. I called Tom and told him that I wanted to change real estate management services away from Pennink and Huff, because of their lousy service. Instead of trying to sell me on his service, he explained that this time, he had too many properties to manage and didn't think he had the time to give another property the proper service. How refreshing to have an honest man on the other end of the phone line. Additionally, he spend about 30 minutes answering my questions about the current state of the market in Fayetteville. That was very helpful. He was knowledgeable and easy to talk with. He also provided me with a recommendation of another person who might be able to help me. If you get this man to take you property, I'm convinced you'll be happy. Great conversation with him. Very helpful.

I've been working with him since 2008. He provides outstanding rental property management that is too often lacking in the Fayetteville area. He understands how to put the right person in your house the first time, providing rental income without incurring poor rental performance or negative care of the property. He always provides honest analysis of the rental situation, as well as the expected costs when dealing with property owners. Too many property managers in this area simply want to collect a quick check to the long-term detriment of the property and future owner costs. Tom is an experienced professional with an eye for the right renter, pro-active property maintenance, and professional service. I would trust him again with my property or rental services in the future.
