The Real Estate Guys Inc

Our HOA hired The Real Estate Guys after firing Little and Young in 2013.  At first The Real Estate Guys did a great job and sacrificed a lot to help get our community back into a better state.  After about a year their service began to go downhill.  One of the owners had a lot of personal issues that prevented him from attending to our associations issues and they began to fall behind on project requests, maintenance and paperwork.  There was a huge miscommunication issue between The Real Estate Guys and our Association Board Members.  There were also some questionable business transactions and money spending that didn't make sense ($800 for a speed bump to be installed that was ineffective, for example).  I think the owners were a little over their head with an association as big as ours as they traditionally managed individual owner houses.  We were one of their first large associations but because of the aforementioned issues we had to let them go.  The transition wasn't very good and they weren't responsive or helpful with turning over important documents to the new management company.  I think they are good people, just didn't know how to deal with a community like ours or some of the tougher board members which caused the relationship to dissolve rapidly.

They have been doing great so far. They care about my property. They are attentive. When I called the guy in charge of maintenance and he was in the hospital and still trying to resolve issues I had. They are dedicated.
