Horrible service and very unprofessional!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This business does not follow protocol for scheduling appointments with tenants before showing up at your residence and there is much attitude from some of their employees.. Repairs are hardly ever completed..yet these orders seem to get closed out. If you complain, they blame you!!!

We are in the military and moved around and rented from a lot of people. We rented from Property Emporium in December of 2007. When we walked in there was animal waste on the floors. When we were on vacation they cleaned the carpets but immediately when we came back the deck was broken. We had made a 4 page list of damages to the property to be sure not be charged when we moved out, and even had a dispute about not having to clean the fireplace/chimney upon leaving becuase it wasnt done when we arrived. It has been an entire year of this. The girl at the front desk is rude, and doesnt know what she is doing. The owner is almost impossible to get a hold of, and they work from 10 to 4 with a two hour lunch only on weekdays. My husband finally came down on orders, and we cleared the space as stated on the rental aggreement leaving a shed we added, new closet systems, and an ADT home security to the space. Now that we are out and gone they are trying to charge us for things that were on the initial defect list! They are also trying to charge me for not cleaning the fireplace/chimney. Never rent from these people, they are the WORST people we have EVER worked with.
